“As always, you're reasonably priced & everytime I need bulbs I've bought from yourselves for the last 6yrs. Customer service is good. We had one bulb that didn't work, the other did & thats all that matters to me but at your prices I won't miss a few quid for it. So definitely not a issue in my eyes.”

“10/10 for service and quality of product. Have bought a number of IP65 outside LED downlights over the last 12 months for an upgrade on existing lighting. 6/10 failed from 2 different suppliers. Finally found some that work reliably, as advertised, and were dispatched immediately and delivered next day. Will look here first for any lighting in future rather than trying to save with Amazon and Ebay sellers with inferior quality, cheaper products. You get what you pay for…”

“I ordered 2 Energizer 5' T8 Led tubes but unfortunately one arrived broken. Thanks to the very helpful and efficient Customer Service team a replacement was quickly despatched together with a spare as a good will gesture. I would definitely return for future purchases.”
