My own fault. The goods arrived on time on the 6 th January 2022. They don’t work. Asked for a swap or refund and told I am too late. They are not interested in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Please don’t use these people, they are rubbish. So I have lost £35 , down to a bad experience. As I say make sure you check their goods within 30,days. I won’t use them again.An d the amount involved there is nothing I can do legally🤬🤬🤬

I've just about had it with this company, I have spent well over £2000 over the last 12 months with this company and every single order there is something wrong, most recent order placed on 5th January, did not arrive, was told it was lost in transit, a new order sent out, only half of the order arrived. Was told day before yesterday that the remaining order had been sent, but it hadn't. They just try and fob you off time and time again. I will not be using this company again. Its not only letting me down, more importantly its letting my customers down.

False information about item, and it seems it is done intentionally - there is no image of bulb pack where you can see full real information. So you can order only following description giving by seller, and as a result you get for your money what you don't need

Buyers beware - two of the three LED tubes I ordered from LampShopOnline were broken but the company refused to replace or refund because I notified them more than the three day limit to report faulty goods. But the very act of checking each item could lead to its breakage. I'm very disappointed.

Hi Mike, We're very sorry to hear you feel this way. As explained by our customer service team, we do require damaged or missing goods to be reported within 30 days of receipt. Ordered 3 packs of batteries which were not adequately packaged. Arrived, with an envelope full of mixed batteries, some dented. Got an apology but no intent to replace the order. Won’t use again.

Literally delivered one smashed bent in the middle Energiser LED tube and one that flickers and is covered in cracks both straight out of sealed boxes so clearly either return, or defect stock and zero replies to my emails for a collection and refund thanks

Been waiting a week for delivery. Still in FedEx depot after a week and cannot get any response from them apart from them saying it is in the destination country! Need a replacement ASAP

I would like to say that the service from lamps on line and their delivery company FedEx was appalling. I ordered 10 LED lights and paid additional for next day delivery. This is the second day that they have not arrived, possibly not Lamps on line fault but they are employing FedEx. Customer service have not followed up with calls as promised on two occasions, and day two and still no lights and no idea when I may see them. Extreme dissatisfaction.

I had Ordered a security light which came on time:) only problem is as the electrician fitted it i had noticed its a different model to the one I ordered? and the picture of one on the companies web page is different to the one they sent ( miss sold advertising) i had reported this to the company who are sorry but not helpful, staff need training, they passed the buck from one to another, then I rang again waiting for a answer, and the blame was put on to another? Then the best was to come ,in a email they wrote , We had spoken to our experts ,they have confirmed that osram have Altered the products and failed to inform us ?? I'm sorry but that's miss advertising and you lot sent me the wrong item, and you want me now to re arrange an electrician so you can pay me my money back but won't pay for the electrician to take down the wrong item you sent? , you sounded not helpful not even a understanding of the trouble you have caused me just because of your own negligence , A day in my life wasted because this company could not sort out there web page description, but thanks to ME they might get there act together only one answer and one star 🌟 for the post man getting right :) , thanks for nothing , but as long as others see a terrible mess up from this company.

Sadly the items sent were not the ones I ordered. I did send an e-mail a few days ago and said I would not be able to use the products. I have had no reply as yet.

Terrible dispatch and delivery service. Even after calling them after waiting a week the operator said they would send it that day and never did. It took yet another call and then they sent next day delivery. NEVER AGAIN !!
