I ordered 2 fluorescent light tubes.. when I opened after delivery.. one was broken.. the glass tube all smashed.. would not recommend thus company.

Once again i got fooled into buying an item that didn't fit. I searched the correct item ans as an alternative there was a a cheaper alternative next to it, which i naturally bought, only to find that it was slightly different and therefore useless - the return cost is more than the cost of the bulb .

I had assumed the tube bulb would be ok as it was very well protected with packaging for postage. But when I actually got around to fitting some four weeks after arrival it did not work. I could hear the filament rolling lose in the tube!

Items received are damaged, still waiting for a refund. Customer service do not care. Will never use again.

Unfortunately I never received it. As it was sent to a completely different address, so I had to buy another one! I can't even send the item back for a refund as I do not have it. I'm not happy about this at all!

I ordered what I thought was a light for my garage and was disappointed to find on delivery that the package contained only the fitting and no tube. Not much good as a light without the tube! and on inspecting the fitting found it very flimsy with plastic connections. I have now had to make do with trailing a couple of ordinary bulbs linked across the ceiling. A costly mistake on my part for not reading the small print!!

Frustrated. there was no way to get a delivery notification from the courier, so they literally asked me to stay home 24/7 waiting. ridiculous. after waiting 4 working days to get my order delivered, i received it damaged and not usable. Have sent an email for refund but no follow up.

Hi My item was sent out last week but sent to the wrong address. It was then sent back to you. The item was allegedly sent out again and allegedly I wasn’t home. This is not true I have 3 cameras on my property and no one tried to deliver my item. Can you please tell me why I haven’t received my goods yet ? I am not happy with the way I have been treated.

This is first time we used LampShopOnline and the last! Complete and utter nonsense from your customer services. Ordered around £800 worth of goods guaranteed for next day delivery and it didn’t all arrive. Had to keep chasing and then requested for a refund of the carriage which was done and nothing else to compensate for the fact that we had to get our electrician in twice to install out lighting due to a 4/5 day delay from your end!! Sharon did apologise and kept repeating she had refunded the carriage like it was such a major deal £4.16!! Thank you for providing a rubbish service and for creating more work for us.
