“Product was as advertised and moderately priced compared to many others. The promised email with tracking number never appeared, royal mail never left a card indicating delivery and the light sat for 6 days in an outside bunker while we sat in the dark in our smallest room before i chased non delivery with them. So, fairly disappointed with the overall service.”

“Easy to order and rapid delivery. Looks like Royal Mail are letting you down though. Even though packed ina jiffy bag the boxes containing the bulbs were squished with markings on the jiffy bag to correspond. Lamp bulbs were fine and work well”

“Awful! Placed an order on Friday afternoon (not having seen the small print saying no deliveries over the weekend), was given the choice on paying an additional next day delivery at premium rate (which was three times the cost of the bulbs), which I selected as desperate forthe bulbs. Afer contacting Lampshop online on monday when delivery not made, they said - should have read small print! Really helpful!! If not avalaible over the weekend, why offer it???? Goods finally turned up Tuesday afternoon - wont be bothering with them again!!!”

“I paid for next day delivery before the 3pm deadline (order email to prove) invoice says next day, however they sent for a weekday when they say deliver on a Saturday so had to wait 3 days. Emailed but no response and bulb doesn’t work. Waste of £14!”

“I ordered 9 LED tubes wit LED 'starters' on a Thursday morning, expecting them to arrive on the following Monday. They were dispatched very quickly and were actually delivered on the Friday - excellent service! They were well packaged and were installed the folloiwing day. The only minor niggle was that one of the tube packages was missing its 'starter', but because of the way the packaging is closed (not sealed) this could easily happen in my opinion, and this is really the manufacturer's issue, rather than the supplier. Anyway, Lamp Shop On Line resolved it without any quibble, sending me 2 starter units. Overall - very good.”

“I asked for advice concerning the replacement of fluorescent lights with LED lights. Almost by return email lamps were recommended. I ordered them and had them working twenty four hours later. Great service and good prices! I would definitely recommend Lampshoponline to anybody. Thanks folks!”
