“The florescent tube was delivered broken. Even more annoying is that I sent email to Jamie to inform yourselves but no reply to date. I had to buy another tube from Screwfix.”

“Happy with the company this is my second order from LampShopOnline and my tube and starter were delivered promptly by FedEx. The tube was damaged and Ellie in Customer Services quickly sent a replacement”

“The item arrived in good order and in good time. The only criticism that I have is that it was a 'stealth' delivery - there was no order confirmation or delivery notification. I ordered a replacement ballast unit for a fluorescent tube and the Lampshoponline website offers an impressive selection at competitive prices so I would probably use again.”

“I was able to buy some fluorescent light tubes here which I could not obtain locally. I did have concerns about the delivery of such fragile itema but need not have worried as they were well packaged and promptly delivered. Excellent service.”

“Very informative web site. I was shopping to replace old fluorescent tubes and chose new single ended LED tubes. It was clear what the choices were and that I would have to modify the fittings by taking that route. I have had two deliveries, both timely and well packed. Nothing to find fault with.”
