“Spoke with sales operative who sent me non matchable bezels and when speaking with them the ones I required were not available. Difficult to get hold of when issues arise and still have not received communication from them regarding the lamps I sent back by recorded delivery. Very poor service in comparison with a similar company who responded within 48 hours and issued a refund with no trouble whatsoever. I would use them again but not Lampshop on Line”
