I purchased Sylvanian 6ft, 5ft, and 4 ft LED batten fittings, These fitting were totally new to me and had I had a good look at them before hand I would not have bought them. The terminal on the top of the fitting has only room for one cable and are push in terminations which doesn't go down very well with me, Loop in and out wiring system is impossible. The fitting are not vert practical as far as installation is concerned. If you are expecting to mount on beezer boxes to replace older fluorescent fitting, these are the wrong fittings. Out of 5 fittings one failed after two days. The light output is good. I had a phone call from the company to see if my order was all okay. Unfortunately I have not unpacked my order at that stage. I would not buy these fitting again. Sadly Disappointed.

Repeated numerous telephone conversations with members of staff at lamp shop I am still awaiting confirmation of my order. I cannot use the e mail contact numbers as all messages are returned not known I telephoned the customer service department but to no avail John lumley

The light came with a European plug. This was not referenced at all in the product description when buying it. No adapter. Makes it pretty useless unless you go out and buy one.

Package (LED panel) arrived wrapped in bubble wrap & sellotape. That was all! No response to my emails. Not too impressed, at all. If I actually had a problem with the unit, I have no confidence they would step up. Will not be returning, plenty other suppliers out there.

My only problem with lampshoponline is the courier service used, ie FedEx, the products are fine but the delivery is extremely poor, 1st shipment lost, 2nd for pre noon finally delivered at 3.20pm. To rub salt in the wound, FedEx had the audacity to send an email saying my parcel was delivered at 11.42am liars... liars...liars. Will not use lampshop again as long as they use FedEx as a courier.

Unfortunately I hadn’t had a good experience. Incorrect order sent out. Promised correct order to be sent out and haven’t received it. I also paid for next day delivery. Disappointed customer currently.

When I placed the order I was advised I'd get free delivery if I increased the order to 12, which I did. When I got to the check out there was no option for free delivery

Thought I’d give them a try.. Ordered 12 flourescent fittings, all the lamps turned up, (24) unfortunately only 10 fittings did.. now got to go back to the job when the missing are sent to me.. more effort needed on your counting.. makes my business and me look bad.. as far as the fittings go.. they were cheap.. and really are cheap ! Probably go for my usual brand next time..

I called on Lamp Shop at 3pm to purchase 65downlights; this was on the basis they would be shipped that day for a before 10am delivery the next day. The downlights were not sent and I ended up paying £195+VAT for a same day courier, so my project could be completed. I would have only given 1 star had the staff not been so helpful. They have also given me back the delivery charge (circa £23) and 10%off the purchase price - this did not cover the courier at all.

I paid for next day delivery fedex which is what I got, however out of two boxes of 25 fluorescent tubes 14 were smashed.There was no marking on the shipment to warn people handling the consignment exactly waht it was & to be careful handling it

Prompt but sadly confusing & lacking. I ordered a quantity of downlights. I thought I had placed an order but got a message back saying items still in my cart. Tried to call, but nobody picked up & no e-mail confirming an order had been placed. Went back to e-mail about my cart & processed again. At end of process final screen stated order had been processed. Never got an e-mail stating order had been placed & phoned numerous times & nobody ever answered. Ended up with 2 parcels / twice the quantity required. Now trying to return excess items but no explanation as to why phone calls never answered & why on order confirmation e-mail or even a hint of an apology

Hi Stephen, Thank you for ordering from LampShopOnline and taking the time to review our service. I can see this order was placed on Thursday evening and around 6pm, the order was shipped out from us on the second class service requested and delivered on the Wednesday. I am sorry that delivery was slightly delayed but Royal Mail are currently suffering from a number of staff self isolating in light of the corona virus pandemic and as such, not all deliveries are made within the 48 hours after dispatch. The fast delivery plus point was soon negated by wrong item delivery. The pygmy bulbs ordered were the small screw type but bayonet cap type was sent. Lampshoponline said that is what I ordered but when I enquired about sending them back for a refund against the correct type I was told the monetary value was too small. When I pointed out that the webpage photo was of the small screw type, Lampshoponline said this was for illustrative purposes only. Even though I reluctantly accepted their reasoning that I ordered the wrong item I don't understand why they would not accept my returning the items at my own expense and for Lampsonline to send the correct bulbs. Poor customer service.

Part of order was delivered one day late and the rest, if it arrives is going to be five days late when the order was supposed to be delivered in full next day.
