Twice led tubes received and both times broken. Someone is failing to learn.

Hard to say really no correspondence on my order,tried calling wouldn't connect,emailed to find out my order 2 days no reply doubt there will be till Monday so make that 5 days.so not got my order yet and all the above issues.supposed to be 48 hour tracked but no email to say if any issues

I ordered a flourescent bulb because shops were closed during the holidays. It worked for ONE day before it blew. There was a series of numbers which looked like a sell-by date, which was for the end of 2022. It was supposed to last 10 years.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, Tom. I would like to assure you these products do not have a sell-by date. They sometimes do have a manufactured date on there which potentially could be it? With regards to the bulb, there is potential for it to be your ballast/control gear in the back of the fitting which has actually stopped working & therefore stressed the bulb across the one day of working before stopping. In my experience, this type of bulb either would either not work at the start or last its full average life time. If you would like to contact our customer service team (help@lampshoponline.com) we would be happy to send a replacement for you if you haven't already sourced one. All items arrived smashed . I've Emailed with pictures asking for a returns policy and been ignored. I've called the company and after they confirmed they had my email they said they would respond soon and I still got no reply. I sent a further email asking for my money back and was ignored again so I'm now looking into a legal solution to get my money back . If this is how you think you should treat your customers you deserve to go bankrupt .

I've ordered my items on Sunday and paid more than £4 extra for next day delivery. When nothing arrived Wednesday I called the customer service and they said that the delivery company has issues due to severe weather?! I'm on the road 10 hours a day and I haven't noticed any severe weather that's just an excuse for incompetence. Also when the package was finally delivered on Thursday or Friday the delivery guy rang the door bell downstairs I opened the door and told him my flat is on the 1st floor but he just dropped the package on the floor (,i could hear it dropping from a height) just behind the front door and left. I'm still waiting for a refund for the next day delivery payment. I won't be using your company again because for a few pounds more I can get it from someone else who will deliver it as promised. Unfortunately when using a 3rd party courier we have to rely on them and take their word for it when chasing a delayed parcel. I do agree with yourself on this occasion to be honest. I contacted Lampshoponline via chat as I was having problems wih the conector on my base unit. It would not stay connected to the T9 tube. I was sent a message that some one would contact me via E-mail ,they didnt. I decided to go and buy a new light fitting [LED]. I now have two tubes that are use less to me. Never had problems before with them.

What terrible service. The bulbs I received were different from what I ordered and are incompatible with my kitchen lights. Customer service simply denied they sent the wrong bulbs, even though I sent photos showing the bulbs with different part numbers and fittings. They then stopped replying to my emails. Companies like this don't deserve anybody's custom so look elsewhere. I will.

Good morning, After looking into your emails with our customer service team I can see unfortunately you have ordered the incorrect product. The numbers 830 & 530 you referenced are just colour references & nothing to do with the compatibility of the actual tubes. If you would like to send the tubes back for a full refund you are welcome to do so. Also, If you have the old tubes you are replacing we can advise on which replacement would be correct. The 'PowerMaster S11385 (order no. 03-PO406452} looked on your website to be exactly what I wanted. When it arrived I found that there was no cable entry point on the light at al, the electrician I employed to fit it on the wall refused to do the job because of this, l have found another electrician who says he will have to drill a hole in the back of the light to get a cable in but he can't come for two weeks so I am not satisfied with this light at all.

Hi Gerald, After looking at the light personally, I can see the entry point for the cable at the top of each end of the fitting. There is a "10mm knockout" to feed cable through and terminal block to wire into at the back. If you are still unsatisfied with the product, we accept returns up to 30 days within receiving your goods. Lampshoponline Team.

Ordered on 14/11/22 and chased on the 21/11/22 to be told ordered was being dispatched as the stock had come in. 25/11/22 called to up only to be told that there is no stock until new year. Not a very good experience.

Placed an order received my downlights, installed the downlights 24 hours later one of the downlights constantly flashed turned out it was a faulty fitting got in contact with the company and they couldn’t get me a new one until a month later YES your reading correctly a MONTH now try explaining that to a customer!!!
