“Paid for next day delivery (£15), did not arrive next day, arrived the day after. Emailed asking for a refund for the charge, no reply. Order itself was fine and well packaged but probably won't order from here again.”

“Terrible service. Paid extra for next day delivery. It took 5 days to arrive. In the meantime I had to buy the product from elsewhere. Didn’t even get an acknowledgment of my complaint or request for refund. Disappointing in the extreme. Paul M”

“Everybody I spoke just said the lamps I wanted were obsolete and told me had to replace the light units. Contacted General Lamps gave them the reference numbers for the flourescent tubes and they sent me the link for the alternative on their site. Ordered,arrived on time with full protection. Lamps replaced and working.”
