“I was a little disappointed that I could have bought cold white bulbs for half the price of the warm white I bought. Also that I didn't get a response from the technical team when I asked them to check my selection was correct. Model numbers etc are attached via a sticky opaque label which obscures the light from one end of the tube. I'm not sure whether to remove or not. Apart from these niggles the tubes were received fairly quickly and are working okay.”

“I ordered two light bulbs for my bathroom light and they arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately there was a crack in the glass of one of them, despite the very good packaging, so I e-mailed them. I was asked to send a photo of the faulty bulb and they sent me a replacement straight away. Excellent customer service.”
