“I paid around £15 for next day delivery which wasn’t fulfilled. It arrived three days after the started date. This means I needed to purchases antique light in person and I couldn’t just sit in the dark.”

Hi Hasa, Unfortunately you placed your order too late to enable us to deliver next day as the carriers had already collecfed from us , we set a cut off at 3pm for next day deliveries. The goods left the next day on an overnight service to you Sorry that you were disappointed to help the next time you order please contact us in advance and we will give you discount token off your next order Best Regards Service

“ordered 6 lamps. Infoed that there were only/. Sent five. Found that they did not fit. My fault. Asked to exchange them -- no reply and no refund for the 6th.”

“I phoned for some advice on replacing an old 5ft gas filled strip light/tube bulb for my elderly mum. Received exactly the information I needed and more from a polite and friendly gentleman representative. Items arrived well packaged, fitted, working perfectly and mum very happy. Would definitely use again and very many thanks.”

“Bought replacement bulbs for an existing fluorescent underlighter system. Believed from site I would have a successful purchase of same size non fluorescent bulbs but they did not light. Still in contact with lamps on line to find a solution.”

“Lamps ordered were fine but there was a long (one month) delay in delivery of which I was not informed until I queried their non-arrival. I got a prompt response but it would have been better to let me know. I am happy with my purcahse and will order fronm GL again,”
