“I was looking for fluorescent bulbs which cannot be bought in store any more and found exactly what I needed on the website. The ordering process was very easy and the product description was spot on so I knew I was ordering the correct size and fitting for my needs. The product arrived in good time too.”

“Ordered two low energy halogen 240V 70W E27 light bulbs 4/7/25 as replacement + one spare for bathroom fitting. Arrived safely and checked both worked ok, but the one I left in failed last night(lasted 8 weeks). Phoned customer service and was told halogens don't come with any warranty...nor would they send any replacement or refund as it's past their 14 day limit. Asked what bulbs do come with a warranty and she didn't know!”

Hi Mark, Filament bulbs don't come with a warranty due to the nature of failure of a filament bulb . Some lamps can fail early but others will last well past the average rated life stipulated by the manufacturer. If warranty is important to you all of our LED lamps come with a 2 year warranty and offer excellent value for money. “My purchase was delivered at the agreed time. It was a fluorescent tube. It was well packed - securely. It was installed quite quickly. It produced a good bright light - better than the old tube it replaced. However, the light did not go on immediately when switched on. It took about 13 seconds to light up. It needed a small gadget that was not included in the order. This is a starter that has to be screwed in. We have tried to buy such a thing from another shop but they did not have one in stock.”

Hi Amos, We are really sorry to hear this . It looks like this item was unfortunately out of stock when you placed your order. Halogen lamps are now difficult to source due to the EU ban on halogen bulbs so when we are out of stock it can take a little while to replace them as we have to source from within the EU. We do show stock levels on our website so that it is clear when we dont have stock . We also set a pop up to appear before you make payment to let you know goods are not in stock when you place your order Please let us know when you are going to buy again and I will send you a discount code to cover for any inconvenience
