“Extremely slow delivery. Considering the high postage, I expected better. I had to chase them up. The bulb was for an old fashioned fitting, it doesn't work. Not sure if it's the bulb, whether not compatible or damaged in transit (though it seemed well packaged) or my fitting. But I seem to have wasted my money.”

“Unfortunately the bulbs were out of stock but the company emailed to inform me of this and gave me a refund quickly. I hav LED lights all over the house but I have researching these light bulbs and in my opinion, these LED bulbs are detrimental to our health. Lots of blue light, some flicker etc Therefore I opted to return to warm light bulbs which are imo much better for general health.”

“I received the parcel on time, but one of the items purchased, was broken. I am glad only one was broken due to the nature of the item and the fact that I was having an emergency, requiring all that I had purchased to be received on time and in full working order. I was intending to send an email to review, let your organisation know how the delivery went, but I was unsure how to proceed, as I had received no communication from your organisation, regarding feedback. The delivery organisation you use, also, did not immediately ask for feedback, upon making the delivery. I was taken aback, especially because, they brought the parcel, with an item damaged. Which I would assume, any mistakes made, on their end or mine is worth mentioning. But, the delivery organisation asked for no feedback from me, I have taken note of this...also, I am relieved that despite, your organisations delay in sending an email requesting feedback, you did send one, to which I am completing now. You have a few things to improve upon, but, these things take time. You should reconsider the organisation you use to send parcels, as they did not request any feedback from me and brought a damaged item. I will not forget this.”

Hi Aziam Thank you for your comprehensive review . We do supply glass so unfortunately you do get the occasional breakage it unfortunately comes with the territory. We absorb this ourselves and replace goods free of charge when this rare instance happens. Regards Sales
