“Poor customer service. I ordered two projector bulbs, which arrived promptly but one of them was broken. When I emailed to ask for a replacement I didn't even get a reply. Disappointing.”

“Very good site search and check out facility - it felt secure. Items were out of stock - fortunately I had not paid the premium postage. What was impressive was the way my telephone call was handled when chasing the item up. Goods had just arrived at warehouse and were fast tracked to me.”

“I am writing to report that the fluorescent tube I ordered (Order No. 100230476) was delivered to me broken on Monday. I have attached pictures showing the condition of the item upon delivery. I also tried contacting customer service by phone regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, either through a replacement or further guidance on the next steps.”
