“The last time I purchased this specialised bulb was some 5 years ago, I was grateful to find you still had them in stock. The bulb was well packed to survive the transportation and delivered 4 days later. Well Done and thank you.”

“I've said 4* because the ordering and service is excellent, however the price is very expensive. They are also tricky to take out/put in. I have 5 sockets that need these bulbs. I ordered 4 - two had blown thus I would have 2 spare. Unfortunately 2 have blown again. I'm going to ask an electrician if there's a problem with the wiring. Or shd I change all the lights.”

“Unfortunately the bulbs were out of stock but the company emailed to inform me of this and gave me a refund quickly. I hav LED lights all over the house but I have researching these light bulbs and in my opinion, these LED bulbs are detrimental to our health. Lots of blue light, some flicker etc Therefore I opted to return to warm light bulbs which are imo much better for general health.”

“Initial postage of order was good, well wrapped and protected. However, unfortunately one lamp broken, which was replaced. The replacement has blown already after 2 days. So not sure about the quality of tubes supplied.”

“My purchase was delivered at the agreed time. It was a fluorescent tube. It was well packed - securely. It was installed quite quickly. It produced a good bright light - better than the old tube it replaced. However, the light did not go on immediately when switched on. It took about 13 seconds to light up. It needed a small gadget that was not included in the order. This is a starter that has to be screwed in. We have tried to buy such a thing from another shop but they did not have one in stock.”

“It wasn't easy to find a place that still sells incandescent light bulbs - a MUCH healthier option compared to LED ones. They all arrived well-packaged and working well. The only reason it is not 5* is the lack of communication. I would have preferred some updates while I was waiting for the delivery which took a bit longer than expected. Otherwise great to have a company like this on the market.”

“Easy to find the lamp I needed even though it was not available on several other lamp websites. Arrived reasonably quickly and very well packaged. A bit pricey but what isn't nowadays? Will use again when I need unusual lamps.”
