“The staff explained that although the lamps were out of stock, they were expecting a delivery so I was able to order them in advance. They duly turned up in good condition having been well packed by the company and delivered by Royal Mail tracked service. Would highly recommend and will order again as and when. Private purchaser.”

“Much faster delivery than expected! The bulb I ordered was not in stock, which had been stated on the website with the note that it might take longer to deliver - in the end it was super fast. Hpapy with the service - now I just hope the bulb lasts :).”

“One of my wall lights had almost failed. The other 2 I thought were ok. Having put new ones in I realised that they were all too dim. Thank you ! Despatched immediately unfortunately you used Royal Mail so delayed ! Not your fault.”

“I'm not a commerical customer but a "retail" one. The bulbs I ordered arrived on time as promised and are good quality. May not be the cheapest but I've ordered from General Lamps before and quality and service is good and, to me, that is very important.”
