“No problem with items purchased, but was noted no advice was sent out on dispatch, or by which courier. First news of delivery was when courier texted on day of delivery.”

“I ordered my lamp and received a confirmation email for my order. I also created an account afterwards although on reflection it may have been a better idea to create an account first. I received an email to say my order had been despatched but as I had not created an initial account I was unable to follow a delivery path. I did have an order number but I did not receive any details of how the lamp was to be delivered. It was delivered by Royal Mail, unfortunately I wasn’t in at the time but a kind neighbour took delivery. The lamp was well packed and it works too, I wasn’t sure if it would as the two connectors were slightly different to that of the older lamp I was replacing. All in all good service”

“Tubes arrived timeously but very surprised at packaging in a stout brown envelope. The end of the packaging had opened. While I have checked the tubes and they are all working, I count myself lucky as the chance of them being damaged was probably higher than it needed to be.”

“Order dealt with promptly and efficiently. The goods when received were well wrapped and are as described. Delivery took longer that I had imagined but I guess that may have been a Royal Mail issue.”

“Essentially everything fine with my order. Only comment I would make is that the packaging for bulbs could have been more robust. No bulbs appear to have been damaged in transit, but stronger packaging could have ensured that no damage would have happened.”

“Ordered a 12v 10w oven lamp for a caravan and it was dispatched very promptly and it was extremely well packaged to protect it. However I did e-mail with a question before ordering and did not receive a reply so had to take chance it would be OK.”

“Whilst the fluorescent tubes purchased (identical replacements) seem fine they are still flickering and sometimes don't come on once the electricity switch is activated. I assume that the bracket unit may need replacing but would welcome thoughts/guidance.”

“Unfortunately the parcel was delivered to my neighbour's house who was away on holiday and was only discovered, soaking wet, when he returned yesterday But thankfully the lamp was undamaged”
