“Unfortunately the parcel was delivered to my neighbour's house who was away on holiday and was only discovered, soaking wet, when he returned yesterday But thankfully the lamp was undamaged”

“The delivery of the 6x40 watt lamps failed the first time. You were in no way responsible for the failure ~ the royal mail did not leave a calling card in my absence. Royal mail agreed to redeliver and I received the lamps today. Thank you for responding fully to my emails when I had not received the lamps, your replies enabled me to get royal mail to redeliver.”

“One of the 12 the glass fractured as I put it into the socket and another flashed a couple of times before going out for good. Six others worked leaving me four in reserve which I hope will work when I need them.”

“We bought a replacement UV tube as the previous one had been in service for a year. The previous tube also bought from you had blown so was not protecting the spring water that we use for drinking. Although these are supposed to be replaced annually they should last for more than a year.”
