“More warning about day and time of delivery would have been good, trying to juggle work hours and life is not easy. but product does what it says on the can.”

“After much searching I was pleased to find this product. It arrived quickly with sufficient packaging to keep the product safe. Why only 4 stars well they look the business but I haven't needed to use one yet.”

“Difficult to review objectively because I ordered the wrong bulbs and they do not fit. However, ordering was easy, the parcel arrived fairly promptly and was very well packed. I should return the items because they are of no use to me.”

“I ordered a security bulb, it seems to be taking too long to get to me so I emailed them, and unfortunately they didn't get back to me, so I got InTouch with them through PayPal, I then got a response from them, but got my bulb in the end, so I have ordered a second bulb”

“Lamp was packed well and survived the tender mercies of Royal Mail quality of product is fine I am puzzled though because general Lamps told me it shipped on the 20th and RM sent me an email and said it had been received by them on the 28th and would be delivered on the 29th. - which it was. So one of these emails isn’t quite correct”
