“I ordered 20 E12 10w incandescent bulbs - bulbs of this type are getting hard to come by nowadays so I was relieved to see them being sold in the UK at such a reasonable price in comparison to some of the other, bigger sellers. The items were exactly as decribed on the website, were dispatched quicky and arrived safely (they were really well wrapped / protected against any damage that might occur in the post)... All 20 bulbs were received in perfect condition. The only slight niggle that I have is that when the items were shipped out, I wasn't given any tracking info in the shipping confirmation email (no courier name or tracking number) and so the courier arrived without any forewarning. I missed the first delivery but I easily rebooked a slot for the next working day using a card left by the courier. Other than that slight inconvenience, I'm very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.”

“I would have given this review five stars but for the fact that delivery was extended to over a month due to non availability of the product. The product was ordered on 8 July 2024 and was not received until 19 August 2024.”

“Ordered a pl lamp and found it didnt fit the holder. I spoke to Chris Turton and he said I had ordered the wrong lamp because I wasn't rplacing it with the same wattage. He pointed out the right lamp and I ordered 2 and they arrived promptly and very well packaged. The only comment I would make is that this problem could be identified on their website as ordinary people would not understand the difference. They have refunded the payment for the first lamp but could not repay the packaging cost of £3.98”

“Light fitting exactly as described, although the boxed light output is specified as 7200 lumens rather than the advertsied 6000 lumens - not a problem of course. It seems the item is discontinued which exaplains the short stock but since (like most LED fittings) it cannot be repaired. Delivery was quick and was notified by DHL but we could not link to their site to advise delivery. They note that they delivered to me in person - but in fact I wasn't even in the house and it was just dumped at the front door (my wife was in, but they didn't know) - not a service that warrants the delivery cost.”
