“I ordered 10 bulbs and the 1st 5 have come quickly but no response to my emails asking when we'll get the othere 5 - was no note on any email either, as far as I can see, stating the full order wasn't going to be sent”

“When my order hadnt arrived after 14 days, but over Xmas period, I called the office and was told it wasn't available until March. It would have been nice to have received some communication telling me this when I ordered. I then changed the product and it was posted and received shortly after my call. Good product and reasonable price.”

“The lamps are just what I needed thanks to discussions with the sales staff, my only concern was the eight days from the day of my order to the day i actually received the shipment. I recognise that it was royal mail’s responsibility yet I had two dark bathrooms for over a week. Next time my house goes dark I will look to you for help again!”

“Lamps work fine well packaged , on invoice no details of who was delivering them I emailed your customer services for details several days had passed no reply a week later received an email from Royal Mail confirming they had them, all good eventually comms could be better with details of carrier on otherwise a good service would use again”
