“My Lamps were late arriving. I telephoned customer service who told me they could locate the order and would call me back. They never called back. I sent two emails expressing my concerns. Neither emails were answered. I was about to contact PayPal to ask for a refund but the lamps eventually turned up.One of the lamps was broken to add to my despair. Disgusting customer service. Please avoid using this company at all costs.”

Hi Andy You ordered on new years eve. Even our warehouse team at lamps-on-line take a break and celebrate the new year . As soon as they got back they cracked on and shipped your order. Glad that you now have your goods

“I've said 4* because the ordering and service is excellent, however the price is very expensive. They are also tricky to take out/put in. I have 5 sockets that need these bulbs. I ordered 4 - two had blown thus I would have 2 spare. Unfortunately 2 have blown again. I'm going to ask an electrician if there's a problem with the wiring. Or shd I change all the lights.”

Hi Henrietta I have checked your order , you are in Hoollnad. Please note we are in the UK so export does take a little longer for dleivery. Please reply when you get c ontac from customs as there will be a small customs charge for you to pay bofre Dutch customs will release your goods Regards Service team

“I ordered light bulbs on 24 December, were advised they gad been dispatched on 30 December and on Friday 9 January when I was advised they would be delivered they did not ring the door bell, as both my wife and I were at home”
