No problem with the Product, but very confused with the delivery setup, one part of the order says 3pm the other says 5.30pm for next day delivery, I paid £18 for the next day delivery and it turned up 5 days later. had several e - mails with the "General Lamps" but still no compensation or apologies

Hi Ralph , We advise customers to place their order by 3pm for a next day delivery. So if you place your order by 3pm you will receive it the next day by 5pm . Best Regards Support Team

The product arrived broken in the packaging, it was actually noisy due to broken glass. This would have been obvious to the person delivering .I rang to be told email us with a photo which I did. No acknowledgment of email or a replacement. So not only am I without what I paid for I also had to dispose of an enormous broken bulb.

Very prompt and quick service. First bulb had been accidentally damaged in transit. They immediately replaced it and sent out another that arrived well in time. Really happy with the customer service.

I ordered 10 bulbs and the 1st 5 have come quickly but no response to my emails asking when we'll get the othere 5 - was no note on any email either, as far as I can see, stating the full order wasn't going to be sent

Ordered some bulbs. No bulbs arrived. Called and told on their way. But no bulbs for 6 weeks and no communication Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend

Hi Nigel, Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify a few points—our website shows live stock levels at the time of ordering, and your order was placed while the item was out of stock. You were informed of this, and we kept you updated that the bulbs were on their way once stock was replenished. While we understand delays can be frustrating, the bulbs did arrive in perfect condition, and we did communicate during the process. Order placed in January, after 2 Mths with no delivery got round to calling them to see what was going on and was told bulbs were out of stock but new stock due in... Low and behold a week later they arrived. Wonder if they'd of arrived had I not called them. Zero communication from the company throughout.

Took well over 2 months to receive the bulbs I ordered by which time I had changed the light fittings as I had no correspondence or delivery date, and we were without lights so we changed the fittings so that we no longer needed specialist bulbs.poor customer service.
