“We had spent hours trying to find a particular lightbulb on the internet. One phone call to your company and the problem was solved. Many thanks, the bulbs arrived within a couple of days, and now in use.”

“I was a little disappointed that I could have bought cold white bulbs for half the price of the warm white I bought. Also that I didn't get a response from the technical team when I asked them to check my selection was correct. Model numbers etc are attached via a sticky opaque label which obscures the light from one end of the tube. I'm not sure whether to remove or not. Apart from these niggles the tubes were received fairly quickly and are working okay.”

“I ordered two light bulbs for my bathroom light and they arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately there was a crack in the glass of one of them, despite the very good packaging, so I e-mailed them. I was asked to send a photo of the faulty bulb and they sent me a replacement straight away. Excellent customer service.”

“I am delighted to have discovered this company as they were one of few that actually had the old style R80 60W reflector bulbs ( for my kitchen ceiling). I was also impressed with the speedy delivery, and the products I'd bought were packaged efficiently. Well done.”

“The staff explained that although the lamps were out of stock, they were expecting a delivery so I was able to order them in advance. They duly turned up in good condition having been well packed by the company and delivered by Royal Mail tracked service. Would highly recommend and will order again as and when. Private purchaser.”

“Much faster delivery than expected! The bulb I ordered was not in stock, which had been stated on the website with the note that it might take longer to deliver - in the end it was super fast. Hpapy with the service - now I just hope the bulb lasts :).”
