“I couldn't find the replacement fluorescent tube that I needed but Gerry advised me to order an alternative one which was in stock. The tube arrived quickly and was suitably packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Very happy with the service received and will be ordering from you again.”

“Had a problem with an old light which did not work in my batch. Did contact customer service but they seemed to think I mixed up my old tube with there new one. Sent pictures of what I received yet they couldn’t not believe it was there fault I ended up not bothering to keep emailing them So dissatisfied with the outcome and wrote off the cost of 1 tube Having been in business myself. You sometimes just have to bit the bullet and except what your customer says has happened weather it true or not Would I return possibly not They need to check goods before despatch even if that means taking a tube out of its sleeve to make sure the correct items inside”

“I enquired about the availability of a light tube on the telephone. The man who answered my call was really helpful, explained what I needed and how to order it. Excellent service. I decided to make an order online. The order was easily made. Communication by email about the progress of the order was excellent from the start. When it arrived on schedule the delivery guy was really friendly and the packaging was fantastic. I was a bit wary of ordering a light tube through the post but there was no need to worry at all. Excellent transaction from start to finish. NK”
