“Made the order on 20/12 requesting 2 bulbs, got an email to say Oder received. Followed up via email when no bulbs by new year. Had to ring to follow up and was told that they only had one bulb. Took the one bulb but took at a least another week for it to arrive”

“The product availability at Genjeral Lamps is very good and their customer service is exemplary. I've placed a number of orders with them and have also had reason to phone them 2 or 3 times - mostly to sort out mistakes of my own making - and each time I have been speaking to a person, rather than listening to a recorded message or repetitive music, within about a minute. Great advice and help from their knowedgeable team if you can't find the item you want on their website; and equally great help and assistance from their accounts department if - like me - you accidentally order the same products twice! They cancelled my duplicate order and put through my refund almost immediately. In summary, they have a great range of products; they are easily contactable; they listen; and they know their stuff.”
