“ordered 6 lamps. Infoed that there were only/. Sent five. Found that they did not fit. My fault. Asked to exchange them -- no reply and no refund for the 6th.”

“I phoned for some advice on replacing an old 5ft gas filled strip light/tube bulb for my elderly mum. Received exactly the information I needed and more from a polite and friendly gentleman representative. Items arrived well packaged, fitted, working perfectly and mum very happy. Would definitely use again and very many thanks.”

“Bought replacement bulbs for an existing fluorescent underlighter system. Believed from site I would have a successful purchase of same size non fluorescent bulbs but they did not light. Still in contact with lamps on line to find a solution.”

“Lamps ordered were fine but there was a long (one month) delay in delivery of which I was not informed until I queried their non-arrival. I got a prompt response but it would have been better to let me know. I am happy with my purcahse and will order fronm GL again,”

“A very unusual experience. I ordered the light bulbs; quite expensive with the delivery charge; and then nothing happened. Several weeks later I sent an email asking when my order would arrive, but again nothing happened. I gave up and bought some bulbs elsewhere. Then, out of the blue about 6 months after the original order, i received them. No explanation. It's as iif they consider this to be normal service.”
