“I am still waiting, for over 6 weeks for the lamps to arrive. i understand the manufacturer is out ouf stock of the type of lamp I want.”

“I ordered 2 small cooker hood bulbs . The first delivery I received contained one broken bulb. In my opinion the packaging was inadequate. I contacted the company who promptly put a replacement bulb in the post. This was packaged in a very similar way. The replacement bulb was also damaged. I gave up.”

“Very poor service from Lamps2udirect. I ordered some lamps which turned out not to be in stock which was not made clear at the time of purchase. After waiting a week with no goods or updated I emailed and was told that the lamps would be in on the Friday and I would have them the following week. After waiting another week and another email I was informed that the lamps were sent out and should be with me “imminently” , two days later I received a dispatch notification for the lamps !! . As an electrician I need companies I can trust and rely on , Lamps2udirect are not one of those.”

“Not a great experience with Lamps2udirect.com. I ordered lamps and after a week or so of no delivery or correspondence I email and was told the lamps were not in stock and would be in on the Friday. After a further week still no delivery or correspondence another email sent and I was informed that goods were dispatched and should be with me imminently !! Two days later I get a your good have been dispatched email. Finally the goods arrived. Not a great service and as an electrical contractor I need a company I can rely on.”

Thank you for feedback, although, we have no idea who you are? Did you try contacting us before leaving the review? If so, we could have resolved this for you. I would assume we were not able to complete your order, so issued a refund. We would usually send an email to confirm this, but it may be in your junk/spam folder. “The bulbs were great, but the delivery service left a lot to be desired... the bulbs only came 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered them. When I ordered, there was no indication it would take that long, only when I asked them quite a bit after ordering was I told the bulbs were out of stock and they would be delayed in coming. And even after they told me that, it took longer than they said it would. The fact that the bulbs were out of stock should really have been indicated on the website...”

“Ho ordinato 2 neon per un valore di 12 £, le spese di spedizione erano comprese nell’ordine di 3,75£ senza nessuna specifica di ulteriori pagamenti per l’estero. Al momento della spedizione veniva avvisato tramite e-mail che per poter avere i neon avrei dovuto pagare ulteriore spesa per la spedizione oltre alle 3,75 £ altre 14£. Non è finita qui l’avventura una volta arrivate a destinazione presso la mia abitazione dal corriere mi venivano chiesti ulteriori 6,98 € di spese. Quindi per 7€ di materiali ho speso per la spedizione 26,98€. L’unica cosa che la casa fornitrice mi consentiva era rinunciare all’ordine se avessi voluto. Che dire, “meraviglioso”. Metto 2 stelle e non 1 perché almeno i neon sono arrivati intatti.”

“Ordered a product, onsite it was in stock but didn't turn up in the time frame specified, when enquired was told it was out of stock and awaiting more stock. I ordered a lamp for a fibre optic Christmas tree so we were all bitterly disappointed when the lamp didn't turn up until the middle of December, a Christmas tree with no lights is not good.”
