“Website not up to date- shows product to be in stock when it’s not. Take 4 days to inform you it’s not in stock and a further 17 days to refund for the then cancelled order. Would now not order from them again”

“Item ordered was never received. Emailed a week later to check order status but didn’t get a reply back. Telephoned on 11th day and was told they would check issue. Still awaiting return call back. Card has been billed though!”

“Order and delivery was fine, but the product was faulty. two lightbuibs both blew within seconds of being installed into the device. Correct bulb etc, but the bulds themselves were useless”

That's because the lamps you have ordered are out of stock and listed for 'pre-order' We do not show these items as IN STOCK! We have emailed you regarding a replacement, but have not heard anything back. Thank you for taking the time though to leave us a review.

“I ordered a transformer on 11th October. I am still awaiting delivery. I have emailed them they replied two days later blaming Royal Mail. Emailed again on Friday (after checking it is still in stock) and still awaiting a reply. We both have health conditions and no lighting on our stairs. I personally don't think it is acceptable. If unable to deliver should let us know and refund our money so we can get it from somewhere else.”

“Ordered online and waited about 10 days for delivery. Chased order to be told items were out of stock and my order was sitting on a desk. I had no notification although the person I spoke to said they had emailed. Not sure they did as I received nothing. After that length of time with no response from me another email could have been sent or a phone call made. Not impressed”
