“I ordered a Phillips UVbulb, the receipt said it was Phillips but I was sent a Russian equivalent,it didn’t last two weeks. It was for filtering water and should have lasted at least a year!,,”

“Purchased on 5th June 2021. Have made 3 calls since then and still no delivery, 3 months later ! Poor communication ( none ). No calls or emails ! First time using this site and definitely last. Will not be recommending and will be seeking reimbursement so i can purchase elsewhere. Very bad service. PLEASE can someone make contact with me.”
