“The G9 bulbs that I purchased are advertised on the website as being suitable for dimmer switch use. They are not as the bulbs constantly flicker. I emailed Lamps2udirect and have had no reply.”

“I received my order only to find that the products I ordered were no longer stocked by the supplier and a substitute product was sent. It is very dissapointing that the supplier advertised a product that they no longer carry. The phrase "Bait and switch" comes to mind.”

Good afternoon Sean, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As discussed this morning, as you requested delivery to Southern Ireland we required and requested additional payment via email. We have now resolved this issue.

“I ordered 2 8 w Megaman dusk to dawn LED bulbs which were showing as in stock on the website. I received 5.5 w bulbs from another manufacturer and when I queried this I was told to try them or return them as Megaman had stopped making them. If that was the case why were they still on the website and showing in stock? If I had wanted 5.5 w bulbs I would have ordered that particular wattage and at no time was I contacted and asked whether these were an acceptable alternative. Could not be bothered to return the items. I won't be using this Company again.”
