I never received the product so i won’t be ordering from this website again. Haven’t received a refund either

As poor as it gets Ordered and paid for an outdoor lamp. Seemed to be taking some time to arrive. Next thing I know was my money back in my account, no explanation or anything. So on this basis I would say very poor. At least I got my money back but would have expected some brief explanation.

Appalling customer service! I have been using this company for about 6 years for T4 fluorescent tubes for my under cabinet kitchen unit lighting and always buy the same tubes. As the tubes don't last very long I usually buy in bulk so I have a spare whenever one fails. Today I came to replace one of the failed tubes and found that the replacement was a cool white instead of the warm white ones that I always order. It looks identical to the ones I usually get save it had a different number on the tube when I examined it closely. On checking back my orders I saw that I had last ordered one of these tubes in 2019 so it was the first time I had used this particular tube. I contacted Lamps2UDirect to ask for a replacement as they had obviously sent me the wrong tube. I was told (by Martin) that they could not replace a tube that had been supplied in error 2 years ago. I expressed my disappointment and the response from Martin was 'hopefully you can find another company that is willing to replace items supplied over two years ago'. I have been in business myself for many years and always endeavoured to resolve any concerns by my customers to their ultimate satisfaction whatever the cost. For the sake of about £3.50 the company has now lost a loyal customer. Very disappointed!

Hello Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am glad you have been so specific and added so much detail. I think anyone reading it would understand that raising an issue with an order placed over two years ago and asking for a free replacement is completely unreasonable. Even so, we offered discount and free delivery on a new order, which we did not have to do. I would also like to note, the cool white tube you claim came from us went obsolete around 5 years ago. I do not believe this tube actually came from us. It looks as though you were trying to get free lamps but unfortunately failed. I am sorry you were unsuccessful and reiterate, I hope you manage to find a company that will offer you the service you feel you deserve. Best of wishes.

Be careful buying from this company, firstly product was misdescribed when raised a refund was agreed. Returned the bulbs and signed for by the company, delivered to them by Royal Mail on the 15th March still waiting for a refund. Emailed and had no response just silence. Poor service, mistakes happen granted but an acknowledgement goes a miles with customer service!

In regards to the quality of the lamps ordered - I'm sure you mentioned it was compatibility issues with your Lightwave set-up...I think you may have just ordered the incorrect lamps?
After a month have not yet received the goods which I believe are on back order with earliest date of supply mid March, this information was not communicated until I raised an e-mail query 2 weeks after the order, no further communication received since. Goods were charged to my credit card the day order was placed. Goods were listed as in stock when order placed, would not have placed order if advised of delivery time.

I have never receivrd my order although the money was returned to my bank I have not had any communication from Lamps2udirect ad to why order eas mot full filled. Very bad customer service

Customer service is awful, no communication whatsoever and only two out of the three lamps were sent. Delivery took forever and I have had to continually chase chase chase!

I purchased the bulbs on January 2nd and as of today (28th) they still haven’t arrived. I have chased by phone and the delivery to the store is arriving ‘soon’.

Item has failed to arrive in time for Christmas so we had to drive 60 miles to purchase another at a higher price. I have requested a, refund but still not heard anything back one week later.

We ordered two candle arches which were shown as in stock. We were very disappointed that despite taking the payment for these items we were then told that the items were out of stock.
