“Confusing website that does not give correct info on deliveries. Goods returned 23/2 21 as not required quality but not credited 9 days later.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Richard. Your return was only received by us yesterday and the refund will be issued imminently. In regards to the quality of the lamps ordered - I'm sure you mentioned it was compatibility issues with your Lightwave set-up...I think you may have just ordered the incorrect lamps?

“After a month have not yet received the goods which I believe are on back order with earliest date of supply mid March, this information was not communicated until I raised an e-mail query 2 weeks after the order, no further communication received since. Goods were charged to my credit card the day order was placed. Goods were listed as in stock when order placed, would not have placed order if advised of delivery time.”

“4 small lamps in a small plastic pouch inside a larger white envelope. The plastic pouch had broken. One of the lamps had disappeared, presumably through a small hole in the envelope. Of the remaining three one was a dud. Your packaging is obviously of a very, very poor standard. Otherwise the service was satisfactory.”

“Three of the 13 watt tubes fitted and turned. A bit stiffer than the old ones but still a gentle movement and they all work. The fourth fits all of the fittings but will not turn in any of them. The 24 watt fits but will not turn. The old tube turns with a gentle movement. The 8 watt does not fit at all. Side by side it is 1mm longer than the old one. What do I do now ?”
