“I have never receivrd my order although the money was returned to my bank I have not had any communication from Lamps2udirect ad to why order eas mot full filled. Very bad customer service”

“4 small lamps in a small plastic pouch inside a larger white envelope. The plastic pouch had broken. One of the lamps had disappeared, presumably through a small hole in the envelope. Of the remaining three one was a dud. Your packaging is obviously of a very, very poor standard. Otherwise the service was satisfactory.”

“Three of the 13 watt tubes fitted and turned. A bit stiffer than the old ones but still a gentle movement and they all work. The fourth fits all of the fittings but will not turn in any of them. The 24 watt fits but will not turn. The old tube turns with a gentle movement. The 8 watt does not fit at all. Side by side it is 1mm longer than the old one. What do I do now ?”
