“Quality of products was very good. Got my delivery sooner than i thought it would come. I got a faulty item and they gave me a few options on how to proceed, i.e. keep the item at discounted rate/ get a replacement. Overall i would highly recommend using them.”

“We ordered three Cuban Bar stools in three different colours. They arrived within five days of ordering (including the weekend). On assembly we had one little part missing, not an important part,just a handle end. I emailed lakeland and they asked me to clarify which part it was. The part arrived two days later. This is fantastic service and the chairs add a splash of colour to our newly fitted kitchen and are very comfy. Thank you.”

“I somehow ordered the wrong colour chair and although the system said it was ready for dispatch, a very helpful lady in customer services was able to change the chair to the colour I wanted before it was dispatched. The chair arrived the following day even though I did not pay for an express delivery and I was very pleased with the quality and comfort of the chair.”

“The product was excellent but the delivery was not, I ordered 2 kitchen stools one was delivered, when the courier gave us just one parcel we asked where is the other parcel, he didn't know. tried to track it and it was still in Yodel's depot in Llanelli. To try and contact Yodel is a nightmare, you can only use chat. Anyway we were told that it would be delivered on Saturday as the Friday was a Bank Holiday. Saturday came and we saw the Yodel van delivering a parcel to a neighbor, so I asked the driver was she from the Llanelli depot she said yes, the asked if she had a parcel for us, she said no. then asked could she find out where our parcel was she couldn't. This has ruined our Bank holiday. We have paid for goods and only received half the order. Can you please find out where our order is and when will it be delivered. If we order anything with Lakeland again and find out that yodel is the courier we will not be dealing with you.”

“Bought the 4 foot Charlotte bed for my teenagers room. Easy to put together and a very nice finish, perfect for her room. Watch out though the bedding, pillows, throw and cushions cost almost as much as the bed! We’re very pleased and would definately recommend!”

“The online purchase was straight forward and I had opted for the 48hr delivery service. Unfortunately, due to the adverse weather condition it was not delivered accordingly, but the customer service was so good that they offered full refund of my delivery charge. !!”

“These stools were to replace previous stools purchased from Lakeland (sadly they were not very comfortable or robust only after 11 months of light use one stool in particular fell apart) The new bar stools are comfortable and they complement the room very well.”
