“I placed a pre-order because I was under the impression that pre-orders would be shipped first. Meanwhile, the clothing has been available for a week already, and my order hasn’t even been shipped yet. I haven’t received any response to my email, and they are otherwise only reachable through Shop. I can’t file a complaint there because the order was placed less than 30 days ago. Absolutely appalling customer service. This is the last time I’ll ever order from them.”

“I'm really disappointed. I used to really like the brand, but the quality of the fabrics has just kept going downhill. No new cotton dress in ages (I'm guessing no more cotton dress ever again), several collections simply vanished... Sad, but won't order again.”

“Poor communication. No customerservice. Nobody knows where my package is. Send an email twice: no response. You cannot call them. It goes through WhatsApp. They ask a review about the dresses: I never received anything!”

“I ordered 2 dresses for more than a 100€ and they never arrived ! I assured them I never received them, I signed a form to certify it and they wouldn't do anything about it. The signature on the receipt form is not even mine ! I would not recommand a service that can't deliver what you buy from them !!”

“I have many dresses from Lady V and I LOVE their dresses! Unfortunately I have had two very bad experiences! One with a faulty item that ended up costing me money. Now two dresses, I have been looking so much forward to receiving, but it still says “Processing order” after almost two weeks and I need more proactivity regarding trying to help me to figure out what happened to my parcel. Global-e doesn’t answer. I have an e-mail from approximately 1,5 hour after I bought the dresses, that said they had been shipped, but when I track it, it STILL says “Processing order”. When I check my order it looks like it hasn’t been shipped yet. I am so sad! I really looked forward to my two dresses and now I am not sure I am ever going to receive them :( So sad with two bad experiences, when I have so many dresses from Lady V and totally adore them.”

“Love the dress, didn’t expect to flash my knickers This dress is absolutely gorgeous—fits like a dream and looks far more expensive than it is. But the split? Let’s just say it’s got ideas above its station. I’m 5ft 6 and still managed to give an unplanned peek at my underwear just walking around the house. I checked the reviews and I’m clearly not the only one caught out by the surprise leg drama. Sadly, the company hasn’t done much to address it, which is a shame because it really is a stunner. Luckily, I’m not bad with a needle and thread, so a few stitches later and the dress is now slightly less scandalous. But honestly, a girl shouldn’t have to bring out her sewing kit just to wear a new outfit without fear of arrest. Buy it if you’re crafty or confident—but maybe not for Sunday lunch with the in-laws!”

“The dress I received was several inches smaller, on every measurement, than the size chart and completely unwearable. I was initially told they would swap for the correct size asap but then they changed their mind and only a refund was offered. I was very much looking forward to wearing this dress for a Halloween event and as I have purchased from Lady V several times previously I was confident I was going to have the correct size. I paid extra for expedited delivery. I have no idea if they’re now using a smaller size chart or if this dress was incorrectly labelled. I have been left out of pocket and with nothing to wear. I understand mistakes happen but due to their poor response I’ve lost confidence in the company and will not be purchasing from them again.”
