So far not received. Royal Mail would not leave without a signature. I work full time. Asked for redirection to my Post office. Not delivered there as yet. Poor service. Ordered and paid in March.

I didn't receive my order, therefore I cannot review the dresses and I was missing support. I really hope to receive my order or -at least- to get my money back.

Sized up as I know they run small but still too short in the body and neckline too high well. Also the blue in particular had a horrible smell so I've returned both straight away! The return are at my expense which was very expensive as the dresses are so dear now I needed to send tracked.

Ordered 3 dresses, all the same size but different styles. One fitted but did not suit, one far too big, one far too small. Attempted to call customer help line several times on one day,with query over return. Left 3 messages, none of which were returned. Then on 4th attempt, mailbox was full. Emailed and received an email response the following day advising me that postage info is advertised on website. Was unaware that returns were not free. Paid £3.99 for item to be delivered but cost just over £12 to return same items as tracked delivery, due to weight of parcel. So am £16 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Due to this, I will not be buying from you again

Very disappointed with my most recent order. I always order the same dress style - Hepburn & same size, however my two new dresses (British Forces & Secret Garden) arrived only to discover both measured 3” smaller around the waist than usual. I am now going to have to go through the hassle of returning them for a refund. Gutted!

This deserves 0 star but I cannot put 0 so unhappily put 1. I purchased a dress from them and got an order from them too. I checked for the despatch and tracking number but Abigail, customer care officer told me they use a partner and I have to follow up with Global E. Lady V, customer care, Abigail, gave me another number to chase it with Global E. I did to no avail and still waiting an answer. I asked her to follow up again and again but got no help. I'm sorry you outsourced this to your partner but you still have a responsibility to follow up with your partner. The website I bought from is yours. The order number I got is from you. Buyers beware as I later found out similar bad reviews on their Facebook comments! Don't go near this terrible company!!

I have tried to contact them several times, via their email address, their website pages, replying to emails I have received from them, and also their Instagram account, and I have not had any response. I am an international shopper, and placed my order back on November 10, 2023. I received an email saying my order had shipped, and was given links to check on the order. All the links still say the order is processing and I have not received my order yet. I even paid for the express shipping. I would just like some communication back and yet no one is getting back to me. Very disappointed, as I love their dresses and already have several of them. I will be forced to file a Chargeback with my Credit Card company if I don't hear from Lady Vintage in the next few days.

It is now three weeks and five days since I placed my order. The parcel has not been delivered but has sat at various locations on the way for several days, been misdirected three, probably four times by the carrier and travelled to and fro in Finland between Pirkkala, Tampere and Turku (which is on the other side of Finland). There are seven delivery points under my postcode, any of which could have been used - the nearest of them being 300 metres and 500 metres away from my address. Delivery was promised in five days, so apologies are not a sufficient Remedy in this case.

This is a bit silly. I have ordered clothes which I think are coming sometime next month. I have been receiving emails asking me to purchase more clothes when I haven't heard anything about the first order. How about you ask for a review a couple of weeks after you send the existing order.

Some dresses no longer have sizing/measurements available. Sorting for sales, sizes or other things doesnt work half the time. In general, it feels worse to try and shop your boutique.

Slow and dismissive customer service - I reached out on 3rd December about a tracking number that didn't work and a missing parcel, the response was "it's been delivered here's the tracking number and link" and lo and behold it's the same not-working tracking number and I still have no parcel. All subsequent attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. I used to sing this company's praises and recommend it always, I have numerous dresses, but now I wouldn't recommend it to someone I hated.

Items not delivered although paid for No response when I sent through emails requesting reason for non-delivery or a resolution No response from Royal Mail either although they say they received the item

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! sent my dresses to the wrong address, then sent them to billing address instead of shipping address. Cost me £8 to post from billing address to shipping address, of which they refused to reimburse. Dresses are cheap quality. This company is a scam.

Its unfortunate to leave this review as lady v is usually really good. However i made an order on the 13th of july and have not received either my order or a refund. Customer service has not been helpful and on contacting them simply continue to say they are investigating. Veru disappointing service

Ordered a dress never arrived - phoned 4 times during the day to a closed message, messaged through Facebook and the site still No reply - so I’ve paid for an order that’s no received and nobody can be bothered from “customer service” responding - appalling

I was really happy with my Robin pattered dress but the fabric looks plucked after only a few wears, customer services said I had caused it to happen by using something abrasive or rubbing up against something or that I had washed it incorrectly, this is not the case , it’s had normal light wear! On disputing it I’ve had no response, very disappointed would not recommend dresses in this material, very poor quality, ok to look at but not wear!. Sadly very disappointed customer!
