“I loved the dress and the print, however the design and fabric were very rigid. It made getting in and out of the dress very difficult as it does not have a zip. If I reordered a bigger size, the fit once worn would be too loose to be flattering. I have therefore returned the dress for refund”

“Not the best experience on this occasion. I wanted to exchange one item and return another but despite 2 emails and waiting over a week for a response, I didn’t get one. I have always had a reply in the past, and rely on this to authorise returns. So I have returned both items today for a refund, won’t bother to try to get an exchange now. Not the level of service I expect from this company, disappointing.”

“The dress I received from Lady Vintage was beautifully made and quite lovely. However, I will not be ordering from them again. I did not receive the size dress I was anticipating based on the sizing guide on their website. The dress was very difficult to return since the website could not locate my order based on the order number. By the time the dress arrived and I tried to exchange it, all of the sizes were sold out. By the time the dress finally arrived , I only had one day to return it. I was charged an exceptionally high return shipping fee. I am out about $25 with no dress to show for it. The customer service was timely, but the minimum of support.”

“The print of the dress is beautiful, but the same cannot be said about the material. It is really artificial and the color in the seams is deformed at the slightest stretch. Which is a shame, because flexibility would be a big plus for this dress. I won't be returning them, but I won't be ordering the intended further prints either.”

“I’m afraid I can’t review the dresses as they have not arrived yet. I have reached out twice to LadyV London asking for updates on when my items will actually ship and have not gotten any reply. I was notified that my items shipped via email but the links provided to track my order still say the order is processing. And there have been no updates. I am an international customer but still, having paid for expedited shipping I would expect some updates.”

“They have wonderful vibrants prints and fiattering designs. Now that they have added pockets to mist dresses they are even more perfect . Unfortunately they’ve also started using plastic polyester fabrics instead of cotton for several of the Lyra dresses, so double check before you buy.”

“The dresses are beautiful, and mostly well designed - I feel like they could use darts for the bust areas for a better/more flattering fit. I love the fabric, the patterns on the fabric and that they have pockets. I bought the 23inch petticoat, which is just a short underskirt with a tiny bit of net. I was appalled at the price I paid when it arrived, but I took all the tags off so I can’t return it. I have bought a much better petticoat from Pretty Kitty since then, for the same price.”
