They design nice dresse. Unfortunately the quality of the dresse is less then they used to be.

I will probably not be ordering through Lady V again. The dress I received was very high quality, but the sizing on their US site is very confusing. Their sizing chart includes both US and UK sizes. I added a request to my order to specify what I wanted. Did not receive the size I wanted. It was difficult to return as their website could not find my order. Between original shipping and return shipping, I'm out almost $25 with nothing to show for it. Again the dress was lovely and I really enjoyed the print. I would have exchanged it, but by the time it arrived, it was sold out.

Very expensive recently and the quality has slipped. Dresses aren't finished securely enough and seams come undone, particularly the pockets. I assume they've increased the prices but found a cheaper people to make them up.

Very nice dresses when they arrive in good shape. I received one of my two items with a hole in the chest panel and requested a refund, they would only refund it if I returned it. The faff is not worth it, I would have hoped photographic evidence of their faulty garment was enough, and can't help thinking I was sold this item on the sales because someone else had returned it prior and it went back in the warehouse for me to find. Not happy with this customer service outcome, but the dresses are beautiful.

The ordering and delivery were great. However the actual product does not look like the photo. I was expecting a better fit but it sticks out in way that makes me look much wider around the waist. I’m considering returning it.

Delivering was okey, but the dress itself are from cheap fabric, the pattern on fabric not continuing on each pieces and there are places, where the fabric from the same color is completely missing!

Dresses seem good quality, however the customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the returns process is an absolute chore to get through.

Was very disappointed with my dress, the dress itself was beautiful, however, the poor quality of the zip meant that it jammed on the first try on. I have noticed that zips are now very thin and not fit for purpose. I am a size 8-10 and purchased a size 10 so the dress was not too tight. the zipper got jammed at the waist and refused to budge leaving me trapped. such a shame as I have brought from them before with no issues.

GE2726609182GB. I ordered these dresses 1 month ago and have emailed you several times to sort this out - I have only received generic replies. The tracking website is not acknowledging my email address for this order. I actually received an order which I placed last week and it arrived before my earlier order! Still waiting, no courier updates :(

Latest dress I bought was really cheap and nasty fabric, seems to be a ongoing problem as a lot of people are sending them back. It's not great for the price you pay. Hopefully they sort it out.

I ordered a plain navy stargazer dress, and was sent the wrong one. I ended up keeping it anyway and free returns was offered. I also paid for 1-2 day delivery but took a little while to ship. The dress I did receive is pretty and quality is quite good.

I am a fan of the Lady V London - Lyra dress. Great to wear, comfortable and with quirky or classic print dresses. Unfortunately I ordered a Lyra from this current Christmas 2021 season and was very disappointed. The print was fine, the material though was very lightweight, I'd class it as "cheap shiny". So it was sent back, with no refund of postage.... I've found out that quality checks weren't in place and a different material has been used. If they tell you otherwise...weigh an older Lyra against this seasons Lyra and there us a marked difference in weight So I'm holding off buying anything from Lady V until they've rectified the quality issue, which I'm hoping will be soon Lady V is a good business and I'd like to see them get their customer base back.

Hello Wendy, I can see we have replied to your email on the 8th December, however I did want to just clarify a few things. Firstly, I can assure you that you were refunded postage in full, once we received this back - the entire payment made for the order (including postage!) has been successfully refunded however we would be more than happy to show you evidence of this if you reach out to us via email again :) We have not denied that the fabric feels different - we completely understand where our customers are coming from and appreciate the feedback we have been given! We have been made aware by our customers that there has been a change in the fabric used for our Lyra/Elsie dresses. I would like to assure you that our supplier remains the same and that we have not deliberately changed the fabric used - in fact this fabric is manufactured in the UK so certainly not a cheap imitation at all! We ordered fabric as usual from our (usually very reliable) supplier in the UK after experiencing huge delays with a shipment of fabric due to a typhoon, meaning we have been unable to release all of the dresses in beautiful fabrics that we originally had planned for the Autumn/Winter season. Unfortunately, we have been trying to get our collection together in a hurry after these delays and we believe there is a chance the supplier did not take the time to check the fabric that was being sent to us, and as we always use this supplier our factory likely just assumed that we at Lady V had ordered this fabric deliberately instead. We are of course continuing our investigations however our ultimate goal will hopefully be to speak to our supplier and ensure that the usual fabric is provided for the manufacture of our Lyra and Elsie dresses going forward. We have a very lovely, very loyal customer base and of course we are disappointed that we let some of you down on this occasion. Of course - there are also customers who prefer the different fabric due to living in different climates and conditions! However, it was never our intention to change this and thus, we are still in the process of ensuring that it is still possible for us to acquire the fabric that we have always used for Lyra dresses. As explained in our email to you, you are always welcome to reach out and get back in touch should you have any further questions or queries about this, we are always happy to help wherever we can.

The dress came, did not fit. (I measured and used the sizing tool om the website) I had to send it back. I paid around 6 euros shipping to get it, and had to pay 10 euros to send it back. 16 euro's for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend. Customer service person Abigail is wonderful.

As a first time customer, Lady V Vintage was recommended to me by a friend. They had a sale on and I ordered 4 dresses (since Lindy Bop has closed). After 2 weeks, I heard nothing but had a confirmation order email, I had to chase them after a week and a day and they said they had been ‘swamped’ with sale orders, yet one of my friends received her dresses within 4 days. Low and behold, my package was dispatched the same day I sent my email. The patterns were lovely, but the dresses were an odd fit with each size varying and not fitting well. Quite disappointed with the service and items. All sent back for full refund and probably won’t go back I’m afraid.

Hello Kate. I wanted to apologise for the longer-than-usual wait for your order on this occasion. At the beginning of August we had staff illness/absence, staff leaving and the summer sale. All three together unfortunately made for some unprecedented delays that are certainly not usual here at Lady V. Bought two face masks and have been left very disappointed with them. The quality of fabric and make is fine but they are huge and the ribbons for the ears are made for something with ears like Shrek or Donkey. They are ridiculous. I put the mask on to wear today and by the time I had walked into the shop it had fallen under my chin. Sadly a waste of money and I’m really disappointed. I buy loads of dresses and love your stuff but on this occasion I cannot recommend purchase of these masks.

In love with Lady V's Elsie dresses! They have it all: a perfect fit, classy model, comfortable, wonderful prints and nice fabric! Expecting a similarly wonderful dress, I ordered an Esme dress online. Unfortunately the fabric was extremely, slippery and shining: a bad buy. I do love the print and the model. Shipping to NL took 3 times longer than expected.

Hello, I am so sorry to hear of your recent disappointment with your order. Please be advised we have two different fabrics for different styles. Our Lyra, Elsie, Esme, Bonnie and Eva are all made up of 95% Polyester 5% Elastine and for example our Tea, Hepburn, Swing and Estella are made up of 97% Cotton / 3% Elastane. For future reference the fabric composition can be found next to each dress on our website under product description. I am sorry to hear your delivery took alot longer than expected. Unfortunately due to Covid and Brexit things seem to be taking a little longer at times with different couriers. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused.

The dress I purchased is beautiful and fits like a dream... all except for the shoulder straps. These are adjustable, but even at their tightest fall down off my shoulders. The loosest setting for the straps is completely ridiculous as no size 10 woman in the world has shoulders that big! As a result I will sadly be returning the dress. This is the first dress I’ve purchased from Lady Vintage and I’m afraid I’m not very impressed.

Was dissapointed in the quality of what I ordered. The fabric was an odd scuba esq quality, not authentic or what you would expect from a vintage store. Returned my item, shipping was fast and returns are free so as long as my refund is processed I can't complain about the service, just the product.
