This was my first time ordering from Lady V and I was quite disappointed. After following their size chart to the T, this dress is too big. The material is very thin and see through. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.

The material is poor quality. The stitching is visible and poorly stitched, it looks like a child has attempted to repair it. Needless to say, it’s on it’s way back for a refund. Would I buy from you again, not in a million years. Shoddy.

Really disappointed with the service. I had the wrong dress delivered after paying for next day delivery as I was due to be going to a wedding away. I was contacted after complaining however to be told to buy the dress again as they couldn’t send me it without me returning the other dress. The lady on the phone was very nice however being sent the wrong dress, then being told to faff around returning it before you could get the one you actually ordered or spend more and have to wait for a refund when they receive the dress back. I think for the sake of £27 I would have wanted to keep a new customer.

I have NEVER gotten my order. I am so very disappointed in this company. I had ordered once before a year or more ago and I loved my dress. So I ordered from them again. Nothing happened. No one Ever contacted me. I have never heard from them. Do not buy from them. It’s a rip off.

Dress returned as despite using the calculator to decide what size to buy the dress that arrived was miles to big. Material felt cheap It will take alot for me to buy from lady v again However the delivery and return system was easy, I am now waiting for my money to be returned.

Hi ordered the new lyra, dress in Navy. Sorry I had to return it but the colours looks faded and washed out. Really sad as the fit and style is lovely.!!!!!!!

One of the dresses that I bought has a hole in the sleeve and the zip doesn’t work. I can’t zip it down to try it on properly. I think it’s an absolute disgrace to send out products like this without checking they are fit for purpose. The quality it the worst I have seen from an online purchase. I’m extremely disappointed.

Never buying from them again. They claim they offer free uk returns but in reality if you return an item they only return the price for the item you paid for NOT the shipping you paid, hence they make their “free returns with your money”

I've rated you based on my experience of the delivery and you hounding me for reviews. I've had at least 3 emails asking for reviews and i haven't even received the dress yet as your local (to me) courier is useless. The dress was picked up from customs by the local courier on sunday afternoon, and until this morning there was no sign of it. it appears to be in Nelson, if that's what the NSN code means, (oh and i'm only assuming that its turned up cause the tracking has updated, not cause i have confirmation of this) but that's in the other island of New Zealand, so very weird. you'd think if you could drive from the place it landed to our capital city where i live in about 8 hours it wouldn't take more than 4 days to get to me. I absolutely love your dresses, and though i'd found a great new option to get more styles than what i have access to through two lippy ladies in Napier, but this experience has really really sucked - the more so as i want the dress to wear to speak at a conference in the USA, that i leave for next week, which is why i paid extra for the express shipping, confident if you had reliable stock, (and you do) that you'd have reliable processes. I'm really disappointed and more than a little angry.

Normally I'm very happy with all the dresses I get from you. But this time I ordered a dress in a color named 'plain red", that looked red in the picture on the homepage. The color is actually a dark burgundy and that was quite I disappointment. As I live in Denmark it's not worth making a return. However, shipping is always fast and prices attractive.

My package is still not in transit. Looking at the track & trace you havent even send it yet. So cannot say much. It has been like this since I received the 'we send it' email after Dec 28.

The dress went missing in the post and I have neither been sent a replacement or refunded, I've found the customer service to be very poor, as it's clear the dresses have been lost, Lady V should issue me a refund, but instead I've been told they need to wait for a claim from Royal Mail, putting me out of pocket. I'm really let down by my favourite clothing brand. Regarding recent purchases of the Lyra dresses, these have been dissapointing as the material appears thinner than in the past so the waist ties can't be pulled tight.

Aisa, we are so sorry that your order was lost in the post. Unfortunately when an item is suspected lost, we do have to wait a few days for Royal Mail to complete an investigation as there are many instances when this results in a positive outcome and the package is located and delivered. My colleague should have explained the process to you better, and I can see why saying that we needed to wait for the 'claim' to be processed - it does not mean that we have to wait for Royal Mail to reimburse us, it just means that we want to wait to see if they are able to locate the package - particularly as it contained Limited Edition items which were no longer available on the site. I understand now that your have been fully refunded and can only apologise for any disappointment.
