“Poor communication. No customerservice. Nobody knows where my package is. Send an email twice: no response. You cannot call them. It goes through WhatsApp. They ask a review about the dresses: I never received anything!”

“I am a regular Customer of Lady V. Their dresses are a big favourite of mine. Their Quality is good, their sizing is accurate. Their colours & patterns are just beautiful. If perchance I order something that doesn't suit me, returns are processed quickly and I've never had any issue getting my money back. I have some of their latest drop of dresses in my basket even as we speak”

“I have quite a collection of Lady V dresses. Fun prints and plains. They are easy to wear, comfortabe and can be dressed up or down. They wash like a dream and don't crease.....what more could you want?? ......pockets? Well they have those too!”

“I have purchased dresses from Lady V for many years. the quality is very high. I have noticed of late that there is not the variety of styles and fabrics there used to be. Not sure if this is tempary or a sign of the times. I will keep checking what you have to offer as your garments are well made.”

“Always very friendly service, any questions answered in a reasonable time frame and the dresses I have ordered so far are lovely. The reason I have given a slightly lower score is delivery time. Most orders I have made have taken 2 weeks or more which is just a little on the long side but this is my only criticism, other than that 10/10. I look forward to ordering again soon and support this wonderful british business with ethical practices.”

“I bought 3 lyras in one go for choice thinking I would return at least one. I loved all 3!! The quality is wonderful the fit os lovely and flattering with the mock wrap dress look and the flutter sleeves. And they have pockets!!!!!! I loved them so much as soon as I hung them in the wardrobe I bought a 4th!! I wore the pink glitter one yesterday to see a band and got lots if compliments.”

“Absolutely beautiful dark Damson colour. Would imagine it would also be a big hit with any gothic leaning ladies. I’ve had quite a few Lyra dresses across the years and always size down as they’re so stretchy. I especially like the maxi dresses as the pockets are much deeper and sit correctly. I stopped buying the Lyra Mini and regular Lyra as I think the pockets do not sit correctly and ruin the line of the dress.”
