“De sidste 2 ordre er først blevet afsendt når jeg har skrevet og rykket for dem og pengene var trukket fra min konto. Syntes deres service er blevet ret dårlig. Har tidligere handlet der uden problemer.”

“I have many dresses from Lady V and I LOVE their dresses! Unfortunately I have had two very bad experiences! One with a faulty item that ended up costing me money. Now two dresses, I have been looking so much forward to receiving, but it still says “Processing order” after almost two weeks and I need more proactivity regarding trying to help me to figure out what happened to my parcel. Global-e doesn’t answer. I have an e-mail from approximately 1,5 hour after I bought the dresses, that said they had been shipped, but when I track it, it STILL says “Processing order”. When I check my order it looks like it hasn’t been shipped yet. I am so sad! I really looked forward to my two dresses and now I am not sure I am ever going to receive them :( So sad with two bad experiences, when I have so many dresses from Lady V and totally adore them.”

“I love my full length / maxi Lyra model dress. And I already told a facebook friend about the lovely dress I got for my birthday… Not my first Lyra, certainly not my last :-) But my first Maxi… The slit in the dress is a bit too long for my taste, but It took no time at all to sew it to a length I prefer… But I know my friend loved the slit as it is. I am about 5, 5 (or 5, 4) 168 (163) the dress is a size 26/28 one size bigger than normal, to make sure I can move in the wheel chair, until I can walk again. Lea in Denmark”

“The dress just arrived. Shipping was fair, and it was sent with tracking. The dress is wonderful. The print is vibrat, and feels nice. Mind ya, it is jersey, so it is artificial fabric. This is also mentioned when you buy the dress. I was a tad sceptical, but have been blown away. I will most likely return for more dresses (saw a hedgehog one, oh my goddess). Pricing is very fair for the dress.”
