Still have not received the item which was promised in 2-3 days. Six days have passed since my order, so the delivery will still take at least 2 days, i.e. 8 days at a minimum.

I ordered 2 different styles, the sizing was drastically different. One came up big but also was very short in the torso (I did expect it to be big as it was a size larger than I needed due to poor availability) and the other 2 that were my correct regular size were 4-6inches too small. Would have kept the one that was too big and taken it in if not for the fact that it was sent with damage to the fabric at the centre front which was quite noticeable, I was surprised it was shipped out in that condition. It looked like it had possibly been worn by another customer, returned and then re-sold which would explain why it was the only one left in that style. The print also looked kind of pixely and not high quality in person, it looked much better in the photos than in reality. I enquired about another dress I wanted to order but didn't receive a reply, even on social media where they are actively posting most days, my messages and comments went unanswered whenever I posted, even though I could see them replying to the other customers. Felt like I was being given the cold shoulder for reasons unknown. Only wanted to find out if they were getting the dress I wanted, wasn't a difficult question really. It was clear they weren't fussed whether they got my custom or not, so I decided to find an alternative dress elsewhere. I returned the order on 20th July which was delivered promptly, and a week later have yet to receive a refund. I have sent emails and messages which have gone unanswered. The only posittive thing I can say really is that the delivery was quick and efficient. Shame about the products and the rest of the service. I returned all the items and sorry so say I feel the products and the service is substandard and so I won't be ordering again and if my refund isn't processed today I will have to lodge a dispute and their customer service is unresponsive. I saw multiple other people mention the same issue too to this is not an isolated incident.

I have ordered a face covering/mask. I really like the design BUT the product was a very poorly made. Not fitting at all. Total waste of money

Did NOT receive my dresses. Did NOT received an update regarding my order. Did NOT receive an answer grom thé customer care department. Really dissapointed and ready to take legal actions..I feel scammed!

I ordered 3 face coverings, on arrival, two were ok, although I do not think that they are fantastic quality. There are also only 2 layers whereas the recommendation is 3 so I don't know how effective they will prove to be. My main gripe is that the one I bought for my daughter is visibly much higher one side than the other, so much so, that it partially covers the bottom of one of the lenses on her glasses. It is very poorly cut and made, considering, compared to a dress, it must be fairly easy to make. I did not try to return, as firstly it says you can't for hygiene reasons and secondly, after reading recent reviews, I doubt I would hear back from them anyway. Maybe I can unpick it and re-sew. Not that I should have to! I may even have a go at making my own, I don' t think it would be any worse. I have bought dozens of Lady V dresses in the past and I am very disappointed in this product. Not worth the price.

Great dresses, and excellent prices. Sizing comes up on the smaller side so make sure you check their size guide and don’t just go by the dress size. Can sometimes be hard to reach if you need to discuss an issue or requirement etc, but things do get sorted and service is personable.

Dress quality is ok. However their lack of customer service is astounding. I was asked to send a dress back because the zip had broken after wearing twice. I did, kept the tracking info, then spent over a month chasing up my dress. Eventually asking for a refund. I was ignored the entire time. During this time they were still selling! So there is no excuse. In the end I had to lodge a refund complaint through PayPal. Never shopping here again.

Unfortunately during the lockdown period we did encounter extended delays on repairs that we would not usually have, and also worked with a reduced customer service team. Item not received I bought a dress for my sister's birthday, I set the delivery address as her address. According to the tracking it was sent to me, but there is no sign of the parcel at either address. I emailed their customer service on the 2nd July because their phone line is 0845 so costs from a mobile. I haven't heard anything yet.

Hello Melanie, we are very sorry to hear that you have not received the parcel. Having checked into the order, we have sent the item to the address stated as the shipping address on the order, which is different from the billing address so I would hope it has been sent to the correct address. We have also replied to your e-mails on the day that they were sent, so if you haven't received these I would ask you to check your spam folder as they may have gone there in error. Please do let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist.

What a shame !! After being a regular customer with Lady V London the last 2 orders have been nothing but trouble. I ordered 2 face coverings, was charged for 2 but only 1 in the package when it arrived. Emailed Lady V, absolutely no response back. The second order has been delivered somewhere else by Royal Mail. Not Lady Vs fault but have again emailed them to request they sort with Royal Mail but again NO RESPONSE from Lady V. Lovely products and great unless you have a problem with your order, then absolutely rubbish customer service. Will be forced to raise a case via Paypal due to no response from Lady V and unfortunately wont be buying from them again. Really, really disappointed.

Customer service is very poor. One dress arrived with a bleach mark on it and I am now on my 6th email and still have not been provided with returns details or refund. Also general fabric and finish of dresses is poor.

Unfortunately I still haven’t received the item as you used tracked delivery. I’m a key worker and was at work when the postman tried to deliver. They couldn’t just post it because it was a tracked item. The delivery office is no longer open on my day off (Sunday) to collect the item so am not sure how and when I’ll get the item.

I bought a bunch of dresses, but tow of them broke, one of them I sent back for reparations, before Christmas and still haven't received back. The other dress they offered to repair about 3 weeks ago. But I still haven't heard from them with the details. I wouldn't several times since but they stop replying. I will add, that I bought many of my dresses from them without problems before. The matter was resolved after 4 months of intense work, where I would had to repeatedly contact Lady V, to get answers. I have afterwards bought serval times at them whiteout problems

The floral pattern looks really nice, but the color washes out in real time, I washed the dress twice in delicate clothes detergent and the dress turned charcoal and not wearable any more. I really miss the days when LadyV Day Dresses were made out of rayon (or at least polyester), the cheap cotton fabric doesn't look good anyway, this dress style looks much better when the dress hangs loosely. So no, I cannot recommend it.

The size chart/cut has changed. Dresses are considerably smaller than before. I filled in the online contact for to query this and received no reply. I am finished with Lady V. Awaiting my refund.

Bought 2 Bexley dresses on 31 October, the Moko Ono is great but the Golden Tones is a dissapointment: colours fade and the fabric shows pilling after only 3 carefull washes.

Purchased 2 Bexley dresses in Oktober, received it early November. Colours and fabric looked bright and nice. But after wearing the Golden toneel a couple of times and washed it only 3 times this dress already looks old and colours have faded. Not at all the quality of all my other Lady V dresses. The Bexley Milo Ono still looks very very nice. Seems as if the fabric choice for the Bexley Golden Tones isn't the right one.

Kleid wurde mir nicht zugestellt!!!!! Zusteller hat Paket nicht zugestellt und falsche Angaben gemacht! Paypal glaubt den Lügen und ich kriege mein Geld nicht zurück und habe kein Kleid! Bin sehr wütend!!!!!

Order my item on Tuesday Paid extra to get the dress delivered before the weekend as it says two Working days delivery , didn’t get my dress yet I think it’s due Monday disappointing On the other hand the dresses are great and comfortable this is my third Lyra dress and I do love them
