Hi, I would really like to know how you think it’s appropriate to send not one, but TWO freaking “please review us” emails, when I haven’t even RECEIVED my package yet! Maybe you should do a shipping status check before you harass your customers with emails for things?? Maybe I will love my dresses, but right now I am only annoyed with you.

What is the point of a review of the overall company? A review of each style of dress would be better.

I bought an Elsie dress in the 'orient expression' pattern. It was one of the most awful dresses I have ever bought. The fit was terrible & the fabric cheap and nasty. It was far below the standard I expected for the price. The returns information is designed to get the company out of refunding your money - I strongly suggest people read the returns info before trying on the dress (I believe their returns policy breaches distance selling rules). This is important since they do not package the items in a way that damage can be prevented during delivery (packaging was flimsy and postage overpriced). After returning the item I can no longer access my account with LadyV. This may be intentional but I have no way of knowing as they do not respond to customer inquiries during a weekend. I do not recommend LadyV to anyone & it's very unlikely I will buy from them again. I do not understand why they have such good reviews.

We are so sorry to hear that your experience at Lady V has not been a positive one. The Elsie dress is one of our most popular styles, but we appreciate that it certainly will not be to everyone's taste and we do offer many different fabrics and styles so we do hope that perhaps you will decide to try another in the future. Regarding our returns policy, I am not sure if there perhaps has been some confusion, but we like to think that we offer a very transparent returns policy and even offer a Free Returns service for all UK customers. I have also e-mailed you separately regarding access to your account, so please do let me know if this has resolved this part for you. Once again, we are truly sorry that you have not enjoyed your experience with Lady V, if you do have some time we would very much like an opportunity to discuss this further with you to know how we can improve our service, particularly our returns service if you feel this has not been communicated well enough.
