Dress quality is ok. However their lack of customer service is astounding. I was asked to send a dress back because the zip had broken after wearing twice. I did, kept the tracking info, then spent over a month chasing up my dress.
Eventually asking for a refund. I was ignored the entire time. During this time they were still selling! So there is no excuse.
In the end I had to lodge a refund complaint through PayPal.
Never shopping here again.
