Item not received
I bought a dress for my sister's birthday, I set the delivery address as her address. According to the tracking it was sent to me, but there is no sign of the parcel at either address. I emailed their customer service on the 2nd July because their phone line is 0845 so costs from a mobile. I haven't heard anything yet.
