“I ordered a ladder over a week ago, and haven't received it yet. As I had heard nothing from Ladderstore I sent them an email on Wednesday 1st December to find out what was happening with the order and was told it would be delivered Friday 3rd December, but haven't even had a confirmation message that it has been despatched. I did receive an email inviting me to review though. But when I click on the link to review Ladderstore, it says it has been removed. I wonder why? So I have to review anonymously. Obviously I'm really not very happy. If Ladderstore read this my order no. is 1000122119.”

We are sorry to hear that your order has been delayed, I can see that you have previously spoken to my colleague Victoria and that this order is due so I will speak to the suppliers and see if we can get some tracking details. “On 16/11 your website showed that I could have a HiLyte Industrial Folding Tower Lift System delivered the following week. On checking with Fiona she did advise me that there could be a slight delay. I ordered but then told delivery would be @ 10 December. OK a little disappointing but will have to wait. Somewhat perplexed why you now ask me to review my experience with the product when I haven’t yet received it. Perhaps you can advise when it will arrive and hopefully with Christmas bells on 😊Regards GR”

We do make every effort to maintain the availability of the items shown on our website but due to popularity, some products are not always available, as we dropship things direct it is often a case if the suppliers take large orders before we are notified. I can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. I can see that the order is due 10/12 however I have asked for an update and some tracking information on this order, as soon as we have received this I will email this over to you. “We ordered the steps that were stated as ‘In Stock’ but turn out they weren’t. I wasn’t satisfied with the response I got. It it says in stock it should mean that. Regardless of hard to get materials etc. You need to change this to make sure other people are not mislead.”

“Item is good quality but very very poor customer service as had to email and call nearly 10 times to finally receive it”

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided. From the order I can see that there was a delivery delay due to the item being lost in transit, a replacement was dispatched the same day as the item was reported lost in transit. I can also see from the order that we had communications both via email and telephone with regards to the order and notification of its status. “Service was very quick. The ladder was as written on the website and feels far more safe and substantial than the one I fell off! Only comment is that a couple of extra nuts would have been helpful as when I attached the handrails. one of the nuts had no thread. Fortunately my son came to the rescue. Overall very satisfied.”
