“Ordered a loft pole which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately it was bent when it arrived. I e mailed Customer service who sent out a replacement immediately. As this could have been the fault of the delivery company I was very impressed with the service.”

“The ladder I ordered was delivered on time and perfectly packed. My only reservation with the particular model I chose (rather than with your company) is that, whlle I appreciate the stability argument for having the extra fitting attached at the bottom (which I have done), the bottom feet are not very suitable for using the ladder without that wider support. And in some tight settings that option would be useful. Unless you take it off after every use, it also makes the ladder a bit heavier to carry, which is a consideration for me since I have sciatica and am not supposed to carry anything heavy! I bought the ladder for domestic use.”

“I wanted a certain type of latch for my loft door, they seem to be hard to come by, but then I found one at the ladder store, brilliant. It came fairly quickly well packaged, it's not been fitted yet but I'm sure it will be fine.”
