Didn’t receive any information that item had been dispatched. Had to email to ask for an update. Didn’t know when item was being delivered either so missed the 1st delivery.

Though the company was quick to send the Zarges ladder strap, their website made it look as if they came in pairs as you would expect to replace both straps on an A frames not just one but at over 34 quid i was astounded when only a single strap was sent. They need to get there information on these straps sorted and put in large letters that the item is singular and not as expected a pair. Nor only has it delays my Job but ended up costing me twice as much as I had anticipated.

Product is good service was good etc until ladders didnt arrive. Chased LAdderstore and eventually found out that they had been delivered to a neighbouring business and neither the logistics company or Ladderstore bohered to tell me or when i contacted them I eventually got a reply.

From the contact I can see we were made aware it had not arrived by yourself and when we chased with logistics we were provided with the POD and information that it was at a neighboring property. The tracking link should have been sent prior to this so you could check the progress, so I apologies if this had not been received. We understand its frustrating when things don’t go as planned, however we will address this with our logistics partner to prevent it from happening in the future. Product was good but no bolts had to go and buy some what’s the point of sending a handle with holes for bolts and not sending bolts

Very good products but might need more notification prior to dispatch. All three related items I purchased arrived separately. I assumed they'd come together so I was a bit worried about that.

Ordered 3x sets of ladders, 2x sets turned up damaged. Most likely the courier that caused the damage. The ladder store arranged collection of the damaged ladders and their replacement. However the replacement took around 3 weeks.....

We do try to package our products to avoid damage in transit but unfortunately as soon as it reaches our couriers this becomes out of our control. We apologise for the length of time the replacement took, this was due to the item you ordered going out of stock in the meantime. Easy to navigate site. Had to chase up for delivery following payment which I felt shouldn’t have been needed. Felt excuses rather than honesty were used to try to cover the mistake. Would’ve appreciated honesty as I accept mistakes happen. Product is fine, does what it says on the box. Didn’t require the extension part but the joiner had unwrapped prior to realising this therefore was unable to return.

3.......some issues over delivery. On receipt the 2 bolts to attach the bottom stabalising bar were too short and slightly bent. Had to buy 2 more to fit.

Good site to navigate- rec'd order confirmation & invoice then nothing. No email/text to advise of delivery date. Eventually emailed the company who in fairness responded promptly & included a link 'to rearrange' delivery? Advised tried to deliver it in two occasions but hadn't bothered to contact us or leave a calling card. Following receipt of the link - the product did then arrive, initially to the wrong house but got here eventually. Not impressed with lack of initial contact but have to say the customer service was excellent & all was resolved. I do wonder if the company failed to send the initial link via email to arrange delivery in the first instance? Who knows? But can't knock them on customer service & continued assistance & for this alone I would definitely recommend this company going forward. Such a refreshing change to have contact with an actual person & not an automated service.

On 16/11 your website showed that I could have a HiLyte Industrial Folding Tower Lift System delivered the following week. On checking with Fiona she did advise me that there could be a slight delay. I ordered but then told delivery would be @ 10 December. OK a little disappointing but will have to wait. Somewhat perplexed why you now ask me to review my experience with the product when I haven’t yet received it. Perhaps you can advise when it will arrive and hopefully with Christmas bells on 😊Regards GR

We do make every effort to maintain the availability of the items shown on our website but due to popularity, some products are not always available, as we dropship things direct it is often a case if the suppliers take large orders before we are notified. I can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Ladder was slightly damaged on arrival. A corner had been scraped off at the bottom, where the Stabiliser fits. Probably dragged along concrete repeatedly. Also one of the upper rungs had received a knock. Re the section below: I saw something on the Web Page saying the item was "non-returnable".

Many apologies if your product was damaged on delivery, even if a product is made to order and therefore non-returnable this does not affect your statutory rights, we ask for damages to be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product and we would have been happy to replace this.

Excellent product. Place an order for a ladder. Order confirmed, delivery date confirmed but ladder never arrived. No update was given. After making several calls I was told that ladder was out of stock. Ordered another and arrived on time.

I live in the USA. I place my order everything went through. then after a couple weeks I received a phone call saying they could not ship it to me. I guess on the website they should exclude overseas deliveries during these times.
