“I ordered a telescopic ladder. The website said it was going to arrive between the 6th and the 8th of May. On the 6th I received an email saying that the ladder was out on delivery. On the 12th the ladder had not arrived yet and the package tracking functionality they provided said it was delivered. I had to call them to make sure nothing went wrong. The ladder arrived on the same day (the 12th). I would've had no problem if they had told me in advance that the ladder would've been dispatched later. The whole situation felt easily avoidable and a total waste of my time and attention.”

“Ordered ladders 11/3/26 - still not arrived, every call 'all agents are busy...please leave message.... - message left, no reply - emailed, no reply - all subsequent calls - 'all agents are busy....please leave message...' Lamentable organization at best....”

“Contacted ladderstore for advice ,they were so helpful. Placed the order and it arrived earlier than expected. I was informed when order was despatched and out for deliverey, very smoth process. receipt was sent to my mail adress. Also received an email on safe working process. Very happy with this company would definitely use them again and recommend to others.”
