“Contacted ladderstore for advice ,they were so helpful. Placed the order and it arrived earlier than expected. I was informed when order was despatched and out for deliverey, very smoth process. receipt was sent to my mail adress. Also received an email on safe working process. Very happy with this company would definitely use them again and recommend to others.”

“Ordered an adjustable stand-off for a ladder. Despite the wrong item being delivered twice I am giving a 5* review due to the high level of service provided by Megan in Customer Service who responded promplty and expedited replacement shipments. In business things do not always go to plan, how issues are dealt with say a lot about a company.”
