“Would be happier if you used a different delivery company. Was never told when it was going to be delivered, just got a messaged to say they had missed me. Still not received the parcel and don't know how to get it from whereever it is. It has also taken two weeks for it to be sent out. Can't give a better score because I haven't receieverd.”

“Absolutely thrilled with my experience! From start to finish, it was seamless. The email communication was prompt and clear, with a detailed confirmation about the loft ladder and the expected delivery date. To my delight, the item arrived two days earlier than anticipated! “Though the company was quick to send the Zarges ladder strap, their website made it look as if they came in pairs as you would expect to replace both straps on an A frames not just one but at over 34 quid i was astounded when only a single strap was sent. They need to get there information on these straps sorted and put in large letters that the item is singular and not as expected a pair. Nor only has it delays my Job but ended up costing me twice as much as I had anticipated.”
