“issues we had was that the delivery driver bought the ladder in a tatty broken box he would not check the inside product, he said it was nothing to do with him, ,the ladder was vacuum packed but if it was damaged he would not of takrn it back, making your returns policy in your favor not ours as you put this on all orders on your returns policy 0 rating for that”

“I ordered a telescopic ladder. The website said it was going to arrive between the 6th and the 8th of May. On the 6th I received an email saying that the ladder was out on delivery. On the 12th the ladder had not arrived yet and the package tracking functionality they provided said it was delivered. I had to call them to make sure nothing went wrong. The ladder arrived on the same day (the 12th). I would've had no problem if they had told me in advance that the ladder would've been dispatched later. The whole situation felt easily avoidable and a total waste of my time and attention.”

“Contacted ladderstore for advice ,they were so helpful. Placed the order and it arrived earlier than expected. I was informed when order was despatched and out for deliverey, very smoth process. receipt was sent to my mail adress. Also received an email on safe working process. Very happy with this company would definitely use them again and recommend to others.”
