“I only needed some daily ladder check tags and the protective sleeves to keep these safe and legible. Although a very small order it was despatched quickly and arrived safely.”

“I waited over a week for a part to arrive after which I contacted the Company to say that it hadn’t arrived . I got an impressively quick response from the supplier to say that my parcel hadn’t arrived probably been lost in the post . They sent a replacement which came very quickly . Very good service .”

“I've not had a chance to use the ladders yet but they look very sturdy. The delivery was very quick. The most impressive thing so far is how well the ladders were packaged. I wish all deliveries were as well protected as these ladders.”

“issues we had was that the delivery driver bought the ladder in a tatty broken box he would not check the inside product, he said it was nothing to do with him, ,the ladder was vacuum packed but if it was damaged he would not of takrn it back, making your returns policy in your favor not ours as you put this on all orders on your returns policy 0 rating for that”
