“While the first shipment was incorrect, the support that followed was exemplary. On discovering the issue I called the number on the invoice and the phone was answered instantly by a real person. I explained my issue and by the time I’d finished he’d worked out who I was and arranged a replacement shipment. The new (and correct) items arrived next day with no fuss at all. Their great old-school customer service was so refreshing. Well done Laddetstore!”

“I was pleased they had a short ,strong extending ladder for medium heights.At 81 I do not intend to go higher. The stand against wall stabiliser I bought attached easily to the ladder and provides the confidence in safety that I need.”

“Currently waiting for a credit for an item which was sent to the complete incorrect address! Keep getting emails from customer service asking for proof even though a photo has been sent to the salesperson responding to the invoice showing the wrong address on packing! The recipient sent me the image because my telephone number is plastered all over it not not sure how that works in terms of GDPR! Complete waste of time sending emails back and forth when all I'd like is my £30 Refund!”
