“Just what we needed . Looked on the internet for a long ladder, and the Ladderstore came up. They had the length required and was the cheapest out there. Strong, Safe, cheap and delivered in a couple of days.”

“The product was exactly as advertised. Spare part for a Youngman loft ladder, it replaced the broken part perfectly, restoring full function. Some issues with delivery but I think this was due to the courier.”

“Bought cat ladder kit to attach to my aluminium ladder. Seems quite strong managed to get onto my roof to remove moss, then spray with moss killer. Kit took 20 minutes to assemble I am sure it would be quicker the next time.”

“Easy to navigate site. Had to chase up for delivery following payment which I felt shouldn’t have been needed. Felt excuses rather than honesty were used to try to cover the mistake. Would’ve appreciated honesty as I accept mistakes happen. Product is fine, does what it says on the box. Didn’t require the extension part but the joiner had unwrapped prior to realising this therefore was unable to return.”

“I have had this ladder now for a year and I have to say it has been so Useful. I use both inside and outside for decorating repairs et cetera I find it extremely safe and it is easy to manoeuvre. It means I can be a bit more independent as an OAP.”
