Good Morning Derek, thank you so much for your review. We are pleased to hear the website was easy to use and that our customer service team were helpful. I can see that you ordered the Ladder Section Hinge for the Midmade LEX / LUX loft ladders, I am sorry to hear you felt they were expensive. Unfortunately, since Midmade closed their UK branch a few years ago we have to import these spares from Sweden, which is why they are a lot more expensive than UK-made loft ladder spares, thank you for your feedback I will also pass this on to management.
