“Stabilisation bar on ladders was 1200mm not 1100mm as advertised. I specifically order the ladders based on the size of the stabilisation bar owing to the limited operational space available.”

“The ordering online was easy, delivery for what ever reason was delayed. When I made an enquiry as to an ETA it hadn't even left the promise, on arrival the stabiliser bar was incorrect, still waiting delivery of replacement.”

“The process of purchasing the item was fine but the delivery company delayed the delivery by over a week. Lots of messages telling me it was getting delivered and need a signature so my wife waited at home but they never came. Lots of apologies calls from Ladderstore but just a frustrating process”

“Not too much communication in terms of emails updating on delivery or anything like that. But saying that the item did arrive within the time scale stated. No instructions with the item. Overall did the job & happy with end result.”

“Still waiting for a response in relation to returning a set of ladders a week after I requested a return. I suspect this is more to do with the courier than ladderstore however I hope they aren't trying to delay the return past the 30 day window.”

We were waiting for information regarding the collection from the suppliers and their couriers. However I can see my colleague has been in touch last week with regards to the collection. Despite the delay, the collection and return was reported before the 30 day window so this would not be affected. This will be uplifted this week and once returned the refund will be processed.
