“Very good service and communication throughout my transactions. I have used Ladderstore twice recently and intend to use them again in the future to supply my small business. The Ladderstore staff were extremely helpful with my inquiries and Megan in particular went above and beyond in the customer service principle. My orders were both delivered quickly and very well packaged, Ladderstore prices are extremely competitive I found that they could not be beaten in the searches that I made online. The quality of the trestles that I purchased was extremely good and they are very robust, this is important to me as they are used commercially in my business. Overall very pleased with Ladderstore, very personalised service throughout well done keep up the good work.”

“I purchased a Youngman scaffolding tower from Ladderstore. I haven't used it yet but it looks well made and was what I was expecting. I'm sure that it handle anything I need to do. I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Ladderstore. I was concerned that the likely delivery vehicle would not be able to access my property, which is reached up a long, narrow farm track. Ladderstore contacted their courier and were able to organise delivery on a smaller van at no additional charge. I even received my order a day early. Many thanks for the great service.”

“Hi Delivery date has been moved back. Called the day before to confirm delivery was still on the 9/12 - was told it had been delayed and someone would call me to confirm new date - no call received so phoned again, spoke to Meg who was really helpful and apologetic and said delivery will be Monday/Tuesday next week. Disappointing because our engineers had been booked in along all with all the relevant permits & RAMS submitted to work and we now have to reschedule and complete new paperwork and we have no time to book in engineers elsewhere.”

“Ordered 3x sets of ladders, 2x sets turned up damaged. Most likely the courier that caused the damage. The ladder store arranged collection of the damaged ladders and their replacement. However the replacement took around 3 weeks.....”

We do try to package our products to avoid damage in transit but unfortunately as soon as it reaches our couriers this becomes out of our control. We apologise for the length of time the replacement took, this was due to the item you ordered going out of stock in the meantime. “We thought we were purchasing a loft ladder attached to a ceiling hatch. Both came as separate components, don't fit together and are of poor quality. We can't even open the ladder and it is too tall to get into the access area. Expensive disaster”

After taking a look at this order we notice the hatch you purchased was unfortunately not compatible with the ladder you purchased. “No problem delivering to Northern Ireland which was good and it was prompt enough too, only slight issue was the lack of communication regarding order confirmation, delivery details, I had to make contact to find out what was going on. Apart from that is was good.”
