“Hassle free transaction all very quick and business like. Have had no need to contact outside of this so cant comment on that. THe packaing it came in was - if anything - maybe over the top! - as it is not a fragle thing - but better safe etc etc Happy Customer!”

“There was no stamp on the package and I had to drive to the sorting office and pay a fee.”

Hi Lauren, Our products are sent via a courier service where postage is paid and labelled by them, there should have been no need to pay a fee for the collection of this item. “I bought a new lock assembly for a MidMade Lux loft ladder, which fitted my loft ladder perfectly. We drilled out the old rivets and installed new rivets to hold the lock assembly in place and the new lock assembly works perfectly. Delighted.”
